26/09/2025: For a business dinner, I was delighted to change restaurants this evening. The dishes were sophisticated and carefully crafted. The flavors amazed me. I had a crispy egg, cacio e pepe caramels, and a sorbet with Calamansi citrus. I made a great impression! Thanks to the super professional staff who explained the dishes so well.

The owner is a legend and a chef, he's been running the place for 25+ years.. if you want traditional Italian food, this is the place for you

02/12/2025: Even the bread tasted stale; we sent it back and received a new one that was somewhat better, but still not fresh. The food was unfortunately very bad – the prawns were inedible and very old, the tuna dry and undercooked. For the first time in Venice, we felt ripped off. The service was friendly, but that seems to be part of their strategy; the large restaurant was only occupied by two tables all evening. We understood why and would definitely not recommend it.

The desserts, made directly by the inn, were exquisite and a fitting end to an excellent dinner. The staff was extremely kind and professional, from the telephone reservation to the welcome at the table. The waiters listed the dishes with passion and expertise, making the choice even more enjoyable. The location is unique and charming, located in the heart of Mattinata's historic center. The covered terrace, enclosed by glass windows, made for a warm and welcoming evening, despite the weather outside being less than ideal. Special highlights: the local scaldatelli, the delicious olives, the chilled sparkling water, and the impeccable presentation of the dishes. A place I highly recommend and will definitely return to. 12/12/2025: We stopped by this pizzeria by chance, and as Neapolitans, we had no hesitation: we went right in. The pizza was truly delicious, but the real added value was Youssef. A person of rare kindness and cordiality, always calm and attentive, in an environment where one often senses nervousness and haste. Being greeted with a smile and such professionalism really makes a difference. Thank you so much, see you next time!

09/12/2025: Terrific place with all the delicious staples. Various salads, meats, pastas, second plates. Great beer selection and lots of Puglia wines. Comfortable interior with enclosed, heated patio lets you look out at the foot traffic in the square. Reasonable prices. I feared a tourist trap because of the location, but no, it was a solid choice right at the edge of old town, with many locals stopping in too

07/12/2025: It's hard to say... After sitting at a table for 20 minutes and waiting for the waitress (who had already brought us our menus and a box of drinks), we were told we could only order sandwiches and drinks because it was too busy.

18/11/2025: We've been to Cacini several times, and since we've always had a great experience, we chose it for our wedding reception two months ago. The decor is meticulously crafted, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, and the menu, as always, is excellent. We recommend it for both a casual lunch or dinner and for a special event like ours.

20/10/2025: Talk about landing on your feet! The fish is incredibly fresh and cooked with originality. The owners are friendly and approachable! The quality is evident, and mopping up the bread is a must. Everything is delicious.
