I had a good dinner, starter and main course, quick and courteous service. The price of the second course was also adequate while perhaps the small platter of cold cuts was priced higher than my expectations. Nothing negative, obviously.

Good restaurant in the center of Matera, it is recommended to park in the nearby public paid car park. Fair price/quality ratio considering that it is a tourist location. Friendly staff. All very good. I didn't like the cruschi peppers, due to personal taste, because I didn't know they were dried and fried peppers. Cooked well, not burnt, unfortunately tough by their nature. In the pasta, however, they were softer and had a good flavor

The waitress was polite, fast and friendly, as was the owner who was quite attentive.
Unfortunately the food is absolutely not up to par, you can't serve a sausage from the discount store, among other things not grilled as written on the menu, you have to understand that whoever comes to eat can also be from the vicinity, so understand about food... only tourists exist. Insipid soup made entirely of water, bread balls that tasted like nothing but acceptable compared to the rest.

Trattoria semplice e accogliente, personale garbato e attento, abbiamo mangiato antipasti e primi uno più buono dell'altro, fantastici i paccheri con caciocavallo, pistacchio e peperone crusco! Bravi!
