Good wine and excellent food in an informal, unpretentious environment. Everything prepared to perfection, well done and explained with passion. They prefer local producers and use seasonal products. The menu is written on a blackboard, like the wines that are available, I recommend ordering as you go and getting advice calmly while enjoying the meal! They know what they are doing and they do it well!

The small open kitchen, the informal and welcoming welcome; the croutons with gorgonzola cream and a delicious glass of wine convinced us to stop at Pergolo for dinner. The perfectly structured, exquisite and well thought out dishes made us want to come back… and we will definitely… come back! Wonderful meatballs in sauce, incomparable tongue skewer, delicious gnocchi. A round of applause to each of you and your impeccable service. I conclude with a quote that I mentioned to you last night: there has never been a more zen chef than Davide.

Quaint, small restaurant, very cozy. The service is very friendly and helpful. The portions of the dishes are kept small and there is therefore the opportunity to try several dishes. Great idea! An all-round successful experience.

Quiet atmosphere, excellent service. I recommend the salumi and formaggi tagliere and the donkey and sage gnocchi.

Un piccolo gioiellino caldo e accogliente. Tutto è piccino, il locale, la cucina a vista i piatti. Una via di mezzo fra un cicchetto e una portata tradizionale. Questo ti permette di assaggiare più cose. La cucina sposa bontà, semplicità ed estetica. Essendo un'enoteca i ragazzi sono molto preparati nel consigliare il vino da abbinare. Il prezzo non economicissimo, ma giustificato dalla qualità e dall'attenzione al dettaglio.

Found it almost by chance and in the end it was a wonderful surprise. I really liked the type of service with a blackboard menu from which to choose different small plates to share at the table, the quality of the dishes and the service and the wine recommendations were spot on. I hope to return soon to try the dishes I didn't get.

Ci siamo stati a cena, tra l' altro uno dei pochi locali aperti a novembre. Locale piccolo, anche enoteca, e carino. Menù con pochi piatti della tradizione locale cucinati a vista al momento (ottima scelta) . Corretta e onesta la segnalazione ( in bellavista all' esterno del locale) che i piatti sono piccoli e si richiede di sceglierne almeno due. Personale gentile, servizio veloce. Vale una sosta
