I also tried their ossobuco meatballs with saffron rice, and I have to say, they were truly delicious. Highly recommend eating at the Meatball Family if you are in Milan. Some of the best tasting meatballs we have ever had, the spaghetti was cooked really well and the sauce was tasty. The staff were a credit to the business. Very friendly, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Need to bring the Meatball Family to the UK.

The meatballs were tender and tasty, we loved the classic ones on their spaghetti with meatballs dish. They offered us one meatball each to taste, it was the aubergine one and it was fantastic as well. The bolognese was okay, the pasta was a tad bit too al dente for me, though, at least for the Mezzemaniches (the rigatoni-looking ones).

I went with my family, a group of four, and we had a very good experience at the restaurant. All the dishes we ordered were very good, well-prepared, and very tasty. The appetizers were also delicious and pleased everyone. The service was excellent from beginning to end, with an attentive, friendly, and efficient team. Furthermore, we found the price fair for the quality of the food and service. We enjoyed it very much and would certainly recommend it.

I've been here several times for work lunches and have always been satisfied. I always order spaghetti with meatballs, switching out the meatballs every now and then. The portion is also very generous, considering they also serve focaccia on the side to mop up the sauce. The price isn't cheap; spaghetti with water and coffee costs around €20 for lunch, which isn't exactly affordable, which is why I only come here once or twice a month. I gave the service a 2/5 rating only because I found the staff to be very young and a bit unsure. Also, during my last visit with some colleagues, the waiter accidentally knocked over the plates, which spilled sauce onto everyone at the nearby tables. Some people were emailed for possible refunds; I had several small stains, but I couldn't get them off my sweater, so I threw them. They just offered me coffee.
