I had the pleasure of staying one night at Bacco d'Oro for work, and the experience was truly excellent. The property is beautiful, immersed in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere, where you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are undoubtedly one of its strengths. If you love wine, this is the place: the selection is truly extraordinary and showcases the local area to its fullest. The room was impeccable, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained. I slept wonderfully thanks to a truly comfortable mattress. Breakfast, served directly at your table, is an added bonus: quality products, a wide selection, and, upon request, they can also prepare eggs, ham, and fontina cheese at no extra charge. This customer service truly makes a difference and makes you feel at home. All this at absolutely fair prices, considering the high quality of the service. A place I happily recommend and will definitely return to.

We ate here two evenings in a row because we enjoyed it so much the first night. We found the wine cellar and the hospitality fantastic, and the food was delicious too!

Delicious dishes are served on the beautiful terrace adorned with flowers and centuries-old plants. The cool valley breeze makes dining al fresco truly enjoyable on these warm summer evenings. The homemade pastas are excellent, featuring seasonal ingredients, including black truffles from Lessinia, and the homemade giardiniera (pickled vegetables). In addition to the à la carte menu, fresh daily specials enhance the truly inviting offerings. An extensive wine list caters to all tastes. The staff is very friendly and the service is attentive, even in the table setting. A well-deserved 5 stars.

An objective assessment requires some time; the first impression can often lead to rash judgments! Despite participating in a televised event, they remained pure in their convictions, and therefore it's more than commendable! Direct and punctual service, although I assume it's almost expected in the low season... I don't know the peak periods for a comparison. In hindsight, I wouldn't have asked for ceiling lights for tastings... Thanks for the discount, although I don't know the reason... maybe I was talking too much 😂 PS. I'd like to know the model of the classic car hidden under the cover... American horses for sure, and for enthusiasts! The chapel is beautiful... it moved me!
