Pizzeria Gatto Giallo In Toscolano-maderno

Ristorante Pizzeria Gatto Giallo is a hidden jewel in Toscalano Moderno at Lake Garda. We just found this place by accident and were very happy with everything. Very warm and welcoming staff, great service nice selection of Italian dishes and most important - well prepared and tastes delicious.

Good restaurant with nice service. Located in the old town in an acute-angled house.

Excellent cuisine, good prices and above all the attention and dedication of the staff! We had a great time.

Good food, meat, pizza, unfortunately there is no parking nearby, only for a fee down at Largo, as it is a big problem on Lake Garda and it is very expensive if you park incorrectly.

It definitely has potential. A Saturday evening spent peacefully in this place, which tries to have an identity but still doesn't know where to go (starting with the indication: bar/pizzeria/takeaway pizzeria/restaurant... ??) In any case, my family and I tasted various dishes, such as the hot seafood appetizer (a seafood soup), gnocchi with stracchino sausage and truffle (I doubt they were made by them, but very good), spaghetti with seafood, pork ribs and lamb ribs (a bit few) and a champagne risotto (which unfortunately lacked flavour, only the lime prevailed and the champagne made everything seem bland, but with salt it ruined everything... A great shame. The prawn on the other hand was delicious). I must say the waiters were very friendly and patient, they even offered us some bitters at the end of the meal, which were really appreciated. Perhaps the bill was a little salty, but it is also true that we mainly ate fish. The real flaw of this place is the location!! Not so much that it is bad, on the contrary, we are in the center of Maderno, in the narrow streets of the town, which can be enjoyed peacefully among the other shop windows and houses, but there is no parking available!! Or rather, yes but no: there is a pitch quite close but it is small, close to private property and therefore always full! In addition to this, the road is undergoing construction at the moment, so even if you do it on foot the road is completely broken, full of sand and mud. It's not the venue's fault obviously, but it was an inconvenience for us. Patience.

Pizza molto buona anche le patatine ottime tiramisù ottimo

My pizza was so yummy! 4 cheese plus burrata, sausage, and salami! The homemade bread was very good as well! My husband got bbq ribs that were not so good (wouldn’t recommend) and I also ordered what the menu said was chocolate cake and ice cream and it came as a chocolate muffin with whipped cream so I was a tad disappointed. Overall, I would still come for the pizza!

Piacevole scoperta, fanno anche pasta e pizza senza glutine! Mangiato davvero bene, pasta gamberi e zucchine, salmone e branzino con patate al forno. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Locale accogliente. Prezzo ok. Torneremo sicuramente. Consiglio!
