13/12/2025: Really special pizza, very good 🙌🙌

09/12/2025: I'll start by saying I was there with a friend in early December, so the weekday chaos and infernal temperatures were nonexistent. In fact, the outdoor terrace, heated by gas heaters, was divine. It was early, there was almost no one there, and we were served quickly. The place had been recommended to me because of its Neapolitan character, so my expectations for Neapolitan pizza, which I know very well, were high. Good, or rather, bad. The pizzas arrived, they looked good, with a nice crust, but when you tasted them, the dough was just about rubbery. The tomato sauce was probably okay, but I don't remember the quality of the mozzarella, which was very poor—a cingomma, as we say in the north. I'd like to offer a constructive criticism: do you make pizzas? Do you call yourselves Neapolitans? But have you eaten, or do you remember, what a Neapolitan pizza is like? The basic ingredients of a pizza are very cheap: aside from the dough, tomato, mozzarella, and oil. Why speculate on ingredients when they only account for a minimal portion of the pizza's price? This is the ethics of restaurant management. In the summer, you get a lot of sales, but what about in the winter? How do you make ends meet? These are business decisions that make you think. Personally, I'm in this area working, and I won't be returning and will try elsewhere. I come from Arbatax and Tortolì, and of all the pizzerias I've tried, two have completely satisfied me, and I haven't needed to look elsewhere. I believe that's how life goes on.

30/10/2025: A real tourist trap! The menu is extremely overpriced for the quality of the food. Everything was poorly cooked — the fish was dry, the risotto far from what a proper risotto should be, and the pasta equally disappointing. Yes, the location is convenient on the Amalfi road, with a charming terrace surrounded by lemon trees and a pleasant view — but that’s about it. Such careless cooking and disregard for food make a disservice to the many excellent restaurants in the area. Definitely not worth the prices they charge.

25/10/2025: Truly excellent restaurant, excellent cuisine, friendly and sociable staff, equally excellent service from friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend it.

06/11/2025: It was during a visit to the city of Siena that we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while strolling early one morning through the narrow streets outside the center. We ate on the terrace (in my opinion, it's much better than inside because it's very dark) and enjoyed a good meal accompanied by a good bottle of wine. However, while the quality is evident on the plate, the quantities are not sufficient for the price paid. The spaghetti alle vongole dish was good, but the quantity was absolutely paltry; two forks and the plate was gone. The service was a little confusing because there were new waiters who weren't yet familiar with the menu. I wouldn't give it more than a 3.

02/11/2025: I highly recommend it, the atmosphere is elegant, the service is excellent, the wine list is wide, the food is delicious, and the prices are fair!

11/10/2025: It was so tangy and impregnated with oil right down to its DNA that I got up in the night and drank a diger seltzer to digest a "fried" fish dish that, more than fried, seemed boiled in oil of which the owner who "fries" to please the customer is a mystery as to what type or chemical compound he uses (certainly not peanut oil).

06/11/2025: Absolutely amazing place, everything from the atmosphere to service was anything but perfect! We had such a great dinner! Menu is great as it offers a variety from seafood to pizza. Very very cosy place, I would come back here every time I’m in Taormina.

06/11/2025: Dinner for two, even though it was a bit chilly in November, was lovely in the internal garden under the trees. Everyone was friendly, and the Sicilian cuisine was excellent.

06/12/2025: I often ordered here through various delivery services, but after one time ingredients were missing from a pizza, another time there was the mozzarella sticking out and needing to be removed, and then, magically in the same evening, after 2 hours of waiting, they claimed to have given up on nen twice, to 2 different delivery drivers (the second time, after I had called the restaurant directly, they even cancelled the order directly over the phone, claiming it wasn't them (which was confirmed to me by the delivery support) and after the cancellation another delivery driver showed up, to whom they gave 3 more pizzas, and, magically, this one too, according to them, had stolen the order). I would say simply embarrassing! If they ever lost the order, it can happen, but taking the piss out of a customer by inventing that 2 different delivery drivers had stolen the pizzas, no way... terrible.

04/12/2025: One of my favorite pizza places by the slice, nice atmosphere, very kind staff, food always lives up to expectations.

05/11/2025: An ideal stop for lunch when you're riding a motorbike. Locals come here for food, so they cook well there, right? 😋👌👍 Excellent food, beer, coffee and coffee treats. Selection of cheeses and cold cuts. I recommend it to anyone who's hungry when driving around. 👏🇮🇹😉

03/11/2025: We knew San Pietro from other weddings, and when we decided to get married, the first thing we thought was, "I want to get married there!" It was a guarantee for us. And it was, far exceeding our expectations! We felt at home; Andrea and his family are exceptional people; Michele was our mind and heart. The organization fulfilled every wish we had; the food was excellent! And what can I say... the location was wonderful. We received compliments from all our guests, and this was a great gift for us. Making our day, and even more so, the day of the people we love, special, made them feel at home. Thank you, San Pietro. We would choose you 1,000 times over.

27/10/2025: We celebrated our wedding at San Pietro on June 27th. We'd always known we wanted to do it there, and our first meeting with Michele confirmed everything we'd always imagined! A dream location, impeccable staff, and meticulously organized! We truly couldn't have chosen a better place. Our guests were all thrilled with the food, the service, and the kindness of the staff, as well as the beautiful location, of course. We sincerely thank everyone, especially Michele, who was with us from day one, accommodating our every request. We would choose you a thousand times over!
