23/09/2025: Absolutely a two-Michelin-star dinner. Heinz Beck's sous chef is the chef. The dishes are exceptional, ecstatic. An incredible experience.

18/08/2025: What can I say... A special location, a village on the border between Tuscany and Umbria and Lazio, and the chef was on top of his game like never before in showcasing the local ingredients. The tasting was nothing short of exceptional. Each dish had something unique to offer, even the smallest bite. I would have said it was impossible to rank in order of goodness, because the extremely high quality of the suckling pig, the sea bass, and the scampi were all on par. But alas, all the courses had to capitulate in the face of the foie gras, an absolute masterpiece, an explosion of flavors, textures, and even temperatures, sublime, enhanced by the stellar pairing of the white wine we were offered... When you leave, the only thought is what the autumn menu will be like. Many thanks to the chef, the sommelier, and the entire team, young but truly knowledgeable, unobtrusive yet always present...

10/11/2025: Everything was excellent, both in terms of the restaurant and the staff. We had the chestnut ravioli: unbeatable. For our main course, the sliced ​​steak and duck breast were both exceptional. Finally, the desserts were out of this world. We'll be back as soon as possible.

14/10/2025: We had a birthday lunch, and I must say all the dishes were delicious. Typical local dishes. The welcome and hospitality were excellent. Well done everyone.

16/11/2025: We visited La Pergola Rosa while we were in Turin for the weekend to watch the rugby with our large group. The restaurant delivered solid food and a welcoming atmosphere. What threw us off, though, was that full rounds of food were brought out without being ordered - not just a plate here or there, but entire courses for the whole table. We figured they wanted us to try some local Piedmont dishes in addition to what we’d already ordered, but everything ended up on the bill. Not sure if it was the language barrier, but just something to be aware of. Otherwise, the meal was enjoyable, and the tiramisu was terrific.

10/11/2025: The offerings are carefully curated and high-quality. The service is attentive and delicately empathetic. The portions aren't overly generous, but the quality, in my opinion, is well above average. The setting is small but well-maintained; it's a shame the bathroom is off-site. Thanks to the waiter Angelo, who shared a little of his warmth and humanity with us. And, of course, our heartfelt thanks to the chef, who gave us an unforgettable experience.

20/10/2025: Wonderful place, there's no doubt about it. Located in the main square of a beautiful village, it is characterized by great hospitality led by the lady, whose name I can't remember now. Impeccable food, a great selection of wines even for the most demanding. And what doesn't hurt, they are big Torino fans. We took the 50 euro menu consisting of 2 appetizers, a first course, a second course and dessert. The nice thing was that we were able to differentiate the composition of the menu so as to taste a little bit of everything from the others. To be precise, some soundproofing would be necessary to reduce the noise when it is full. We will definitely return.

31/08/2025: We had dinner on Saturday night. What can I say...a relaxing location, excellent food, and very attentive and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

02/10/2025: Very friendly staff, menus served on a tablet. The bread is delicious (it's included in the price), as it's homemade. That alone is a recommendation 😋. The bruschetta is good, the carbonara is unfortunately a bit overseasoned, and the pizza diavolo has so much topping that it could fill two pizzas. But it's still a place where you feel at home. The staff are extremely attentive and even speak German. The price/performance ratio is absolutely reasonable.

15/11/2025: My favorite osteria, tucked away off the beaten path in Rome's Trastevere neighborhood. There aren't many tourists, mostly locals. The place is very simple and casual, serving excellent Roman pasta specialties and Florentine dishes, including a wonderful wild boar. This time, our host was Giuseppe, who was truly attentive and thoughtful. Highly recommended.

14/11/2025: The place was nice and the food was really Great ! Giuseppe, Yasin and Munna were really kind ! It was just a but cold and a lot of noise, but it’s part of Trastevere !

12/10/2025: Sunday lunch was a lovely surprise in a well-kept setting surrounded by greenery. The seafood spaghetti and fish omelette were excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. Well done!

11/10/2025: It was so tangy and impregnated with oil right down to its DNA that I got up in the night and drank a diger seltzer to digest a "fried" fish dish that, more than fried, seemed boiled in oil of which the owner who "fries" to please the customer is a mystery as to what type or chemical compound he uses (certainly not peanut oil).

19/10/2025: It looks like a quiet restaurant, but it's actually a local favorite with a constant stream of people. Couscous and pistachio pasta! These dishes, encountered early in our trip, felt like appetizers to truly enjoy Sicilian cuisine on our future trips. You can fully experience the essence of local ingredients, so if you're nearby, give them a try. ^^

08/09/2025: Lovely restaurant right outside of the main area of Montepulciano. The owner and his wife provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere with delicious food. As vegetarians we tried La Ribollita soup and the Cappellacci, both of which were delightful. Recommend this spot if you’re in the area looking for some good food.
