23/12/2025: Excellent first courses, warm and welcoming interior. There's no paper menu, even though you requested one.

21/12/2025: I had dinner here with friends on a Saturday night. Excellent paella, quick and friendly service, and the option to stay all night without having to give up a table for a second sitting. I'll definitely be back!

16/11/2025: We had dinner at this elegant restaurant on Friday, November 14th, and had a great time. The staff was friendly and professional. We ordered a tasting of hot and cold appetizers, which were very good. For the main course, we had grilled fish and tuna with vegetables. We finished with a rocher for dessert, all accompanied by an excellent local Falanghina. Good value. Recommended.

26/09/2025: The room was bright and airy, with a small balcony and a spotless, spotlessly clean bathroom. The staff was always friendly and helpful; we felt pampered.

11/10/2025: It was so tangy and impregnated with oil right down to its DNA that I got up in the night and drank a diger seltzer to digest a "fried" fish dish that, more than fried, seemed boiled in oil of which the owner who "fries" to please the customer is a mystery as to what type or chemical compound he uses (certainly not peanut oil).

22/11/2025: Went for lunch, prices too high for the quality. Wine not good. The risotto can only be ordered for two people, so the quality/price ratio needs to be revised downwards. Bad experience.

19/11/2025: Disappointing! They use truffle essence in the dishes, which is sold in large quantities in the center of Alba; therefore, the dishes come from the kitchen with the truffle already grated on top! Even when asking for the truffle to be grated in front of you, the dish comes with truffles from the kitchen, to justify the smell of the essence they use!

08/12/2025: The atmosphere is fairly classic, not too noisy, and the service is friendly. The pizza and desserts are good. The prices are average.

Every year we eagerly await the pumpkin gnocchi with creamed cheese and truffle soup—they're truly special, a masterpiece! Chef Walter is brilliant; you can see the passion and care he puts into every dish. The staff is always kind and attentive. A restaurant we always return to with pleasure!

30/11/2025: We came back for the second time... The first was a good experience but today failed... If I ask for something without chili pepper because I can't eat it and if I eat it I'll end up in the hospital, the waiter wasn't at all attentive to my problem because he was annoyed if I pointed it out with a huff... Then the hair in the dessert is true, it can happen but even there he was annoyed because it was pointed out, positive that they didn't make me pay for it but didn't even apologize... Disappointed... If they had got up and left it would have been definitely better

23/11/2025: Chanced upon this nice little restaurant, actually there's many seats inside. It's November and the temperature is 6 degrees Celsius so we sate inside. We ordered 3 pastas 1- Umbrichelle Amatricina 13€ 2- Ginocchi 4 Formaggi 13€ 3 Pappardelle Al Raggi ( recommended) 13€ Lamb Chop 18€ 5- 1 local red wine 4€ 6- Mineral water 2€ 7- Coke Zero 4€ 8- 3 pax at 2€ each Very nice cozy Resturant Friendly staff, looks like family owned Food was great. Restroom is clean too

26/10/2025: Welcoming place and very good food. The 3 stars are for the service, which wasn't up to par: the waiter wasn't very polite, and when I asked for information about the gluten-free menu (one of us is celiac), he responded in an annoyed tone, or rather, I couldn't even understand what he was saying. My request had been very simple: "Can I order meat? Where do you cook the meat? Do you serve anything else?" Again, the answer was a snotty one, as if I'd asked a stupid question. During dinner, the attitude remained snotty, and a friend of mine had her plate taken away several times while she was still eating (it wasn't even 11 on a Saturday night). This immense rush to clear the plate, however, meant that no one asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee; we had to ask ourselves. We also had an unpleasant experience when it came to drinks: we ordered them and after over 20 minutes of waiting, they still hadn't arrived, so at this point, annoyed, we went to the cashier and, despite asking to cancel the order, were told that they still had to be paid for and were already taken. With our coats on, the cashier asked me, "Where do I bring the drinks to your table?" In short, the service needs to be improved, especially since everyone is so good at acting great, and then he poured the wine with drips falling, and I, who had tasted it, had a piece of cork in my glass. Honestly, I had the impression that if we had been a group of men or adults, they would have treated us with more respect. It's a shame, because for a dinner costing around €200, you expect different attention.

17/12/2025: A must-try experience for a romantic event. The staff were highly knowledgeable and welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing but not overly formal, making you feel truly pampered and at ease. I enjoyed the full tasting menu, with its attention to flavors, balance of colors, and tastes. Must-trys were the schiacciati with truffle, the lightly seared shrimp, and the pasta with mantis shrimp broth, which melted in your mouth. I appreciated the attention to detail, from the food to the ambiance. We had a wonderful time and will return. It deserves all five stars. I'm returning for the second time and I find the attention to detail and the scenic preparation. The flavors are excellent. I stand by my rating and recommend trying the tasting menu.

20/10/2025: We stayed there for two nights. We appreciated the beautiful and well-kept environment. In particular, the impeccable cleanliness and the size of the bathroom, which was above the average standards of other hotels. The location is ideal for traveling the Chianti road to San Gimignano, which is considered one of the most beautiful roads in Italy.
