Excellent experience at the Nespresso boutique in the Forum! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend the best coffee for your tastes. The atmosphere was elegant, welcoming, and well-organized. We use the Vertuo line and are very happy with it. Our favorite capsules are Altissio Dec, Altissio, Double Chiaro For Milk, and Ristretto Classico: intense, creamy flavor, and impeccable quality. Truly attentive customer service, highly recommended!
