02/09/2024: I have been to this pizzeria several times but every time the music doesn't change they want to take too many people so the service is poor and at a certain point they asked me to get up because the next shift was arriving but I hadn't had the coffee yet. but the surprise the bitterest thing is that while eating a piece of pizza I found an olive stone inside and broke my tooth. So I call the waitress and I point it out to her and she regretfully says that the olives had to be pitted. When I go to the cash register to pay, I tell the owner, the blonde lady, and she tells me to leave my insurance details. After six months they tell me that I will not be compensated for the damage!!!! Although I immediately pointed out the presence of the stone to the waitress and in any case I have two witnesses who heard the sound of the tooth breaking. Obviously I will proceed through legal channels... There are many pizzerias around that are much better and more honest!!!! And above all more affordable prices... don't go there!!!!!!

26/08/2024: We had lunch outside, under a well-kept canopy with an inviting atmosphere, but I could also see the inside, well furnished and elegant. Efficient service (especially from the two owner brothers). There are different tasting menu options: you can choose the courses or rely on them, with the option of a menu entirely based on truffles or without. I found the starter delicious, fresh ingredients and particular combinations. The first and second courses were no different either. Very honest prices also considering that these were truffle-based dishes (and it was present in large quantities). Wear not minimal at all, on the contrary!

11/08/2024: Superb! The location is very suggestive both inside and outside which I highly recommend in summer. The food is taken care of down to the smallest detail: the flavors are excellent and the portions generous. The ricotta cheese in the appetizer was of exceptional quality, as was the sauce for the meatballs served in glass. A special mention for the tiramisu with amaretti biscuits. It's really worth it.

17/08/2024: Sublime and high level experience. After a few years after opening, we decided to try this restaurant. The context is very beautiful and well-kept, inserted within the "Ville sull'Arno" accommodation facility. We sat outside, near the pool area. The mise en place is refined, perfect and is renewed with each course. The service is friendly, professional and really tends to pamper the customer. The dishes are "explosive", that is, with an intense flavor and high quality. The seafood ravioli is simply wonderful. Excellent wine list and lots of attention to detail. The level is that of a starred restaurant. Really good.

30/07/2024: Sempre una bella atmosfera che sia nell'area del caminetto d'inverno o che sia vicino al bordo vasca d'estate come in questa ultima occasione. E' sembrato un bel menù quello prposto. Ottimi i piatti scelti: una rivisitata carbonara profumata al tartufo nero, ravioli di rombo al sugo di granchio azzurro (aggiunta fuori menù), polpo cotto a bassa temperatura, filetto di manzo alla Rossini. Graditi, in attesa dei piatti ordinati, alcuni assaggini offerti dallo chef. Servizio attento ed inappuntabile come al solito.

13/08/2024: Quite expensive and out of the tourist route. The food was not terrible, but definitely not in accordance with the price. Our appetizers were mentioned but not delivered and our mains were mediocre.

05/08/2024: The photo of the white plate is not an error, it is the tagliolini that I ordered as a first course! It was so good that I had to do a thorough digging. The flavors are very delicate and refined, the raw materials are of excellent quality and the price is right for each dish. We'll be back! We ordered: • Beef tartare (very delicate) • Rustic appetizer • Quail egg with purple potatoes and truffle (a surprise) • Tagliolini with courgettes, courgette flowers and truffle • Ravioli with tomato and bacon (very light and pleasant flavor despite the ingredients) • Lamb loin (best course of the meal) • eggnog and caramel semifreddo (excellent idea and taste, but too cold to be eaten with just a spoon) • puff pastry • pineapple cheesecake (appreciated) Total bill (4 people with service, water and coffee) €140. In our opinion the price is right.

30/07/2024: What a surprising town, especially the view from the park towards the basilica. Especially late afternoon, early evening The basilica is also worth a visit, it is only open to a limited extent

27/08/2024: Very kind young staff, we ate very well. Warm seafood salad with excellent sous vide cooking, spaghetti with clams cooked perfectly, the rest was also excellent. very satisfied. We will be back.

12/07/2024: The owner and the waiter are two very kind and nice people, attentive to customers' needs. We had a good dinner, excellent and light food. My son enjoyed the curry ravioli. Excellent!! We will definitely be back, it's a shame that we live in Friuli😅 but we'll definitely go next holiday!!!

16/08/2024: A hotel that doesn't even bother to respond to several emails when a disaster affects our family and we unfortunately can't make the trip. No response, total silence!! First time I have encountered such poor after-sales service. However, we were looking forward to spending a family stay in this sublime hotel, hoping for a refund or an offer to be able to return later.

22/08/2024: I'm sorry to have to write this review for 2 reasons 1) it was my partner's 40th birthday 2) because it really seemed like a place worth returning to. The location is very nice, the dishes are very well prepared but... let's give this food a flavour! I'm really sorry because things would have been good but really tasteless...probably the same dishes made at home by me would have come out better (without all the care for presentation obviously) A dinner that leaves you with nothing. I really hope they improve because it's a very nice place. Another tip is to put something more on the menu.

21/08/2024: Everything perfect. All very good. There isn't a single thing that went wrong. Very good dinner in the historic center of Sutri. We sat in the outdoor area, beautiful and very private. Music at the right volume and excellent playlist. Friendly, polite, thoughtful, hospitable staff. Excellent food and cooked in a modern way. Excellent house wine. Modest bill given the quantity and quality (I expected a few euros more). Highly recommended and we will return. I wish this place the best. Post Scriptum: the suckling pig with pears deserves a special mention... something unique... cooked very well and very tender... paired with fabulous pears. A dish to absolutely order, perhaps even to share because it is an important dish

29/08/2024: Excellent Venetian tavern, far from the chaos. Reservations are recommended but it's definitely worth going beyond the Giardini della Biennale to eat here.
