22/10/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The table service is excellent.

20/10/2025: The food is absolutely delicious, the best that we had in Sicily. Waiters are very helpful, polite. We are traveling with 20 month old toddler, the stuff helped us to arrange the food for the kid. Pizzas are outstanding, second dishes very very tasty. The waiter Joseppe was absolutely the best, very friendly, polite, and helpful!

31/12/2025: Perhaps the only restaurant in the historic "upper" village. The dishes are simple and with a nod to the local area, yet tasteful. Some dishes have been reinterpreted by the chef. Good value for money.

14/02/2026: I made a reservation online, only to show up and find the restaurant completely closed for the off-season. Seriously? You’re closed but still taking reservations? On February 14, when most places are busy and it’s hard to find an alternative last-minute! Totally unacceptable and incredibly disappointing — update your system if you’re not open.

We were looking for an elegant restaurant offering modern, high-quality cuisine, and our expectations were met. The restaurant is elegant and intimate, and the dishes are elaborate, with various preparations and cooking methods, including local ingredients. Given the special evening, they offered a fixed menu with several courses. The dishes were all excellent and very interesting, and the wine list was well-stocked. I highly recommend this restaurant; naturally, the price is moderately high given the quality and selection of dishes.

The walls exude history, and in such a historic setting, the modern furnishings fit perfectly. The open kitchen and expertly prepared food with fresh, local ingredients, a touch of innovation, and the dishes become art... Highly recommended!

07/03/2026: 100/10 It's a sure thing and a treat every time my husband and I come here. Whether for lunch or dinner, the professionalism and kindness of those who welcome and serve us is priceless. Not to mention the excellent food, especially when we choose the tasting menu and try something different every time. I don't recommend it, I highly recommend it. Attention to seasonal ingredients, attention to detail, and excellent food quality are just some of the qualities of this restaurant. We'll be back soon. 09/03/2026: A truly delightful dinner. The kitchen employs some very talented young chefs, creating carefully crafted dishes with well-balanced flavors. We tried several dishes: fried octopus tentacles on a mustard and honey emulsion, Luciana-style red octopus on a chickpea cream and fried polenta crostini, a mix of local cuttlefish and grilled calamari with salad, and baked trout fillet on a pumpkin cream. Everything was truly excellent, generous portions, and great attention to food pairings. The initial welcome was also appreciated. The young woman in the dining room was very kind and discreet, with a smile that immediately put you at ease. We didn't try the desserts (maybe next time), perhaps a little more interaction or a more personalized service would have been appreciated. One area that could be improved is the wine list, which, given the quality of the cuisine, deserves a few more options and a wider variety. The atmosphere is pleasant, but I would like it to be a little warmer and more personalized, as it currently feels a bit sterile. That said, the prices are fair, the food is truly excellent, and there's great potential. With these foundations, it has all the makings of a truly top-notch restaurant. It's made me want to come back, and I will. 🍽️✨

04/03/2026: We went to Quantum last night for a 50th birthday party! Simply spectacular!! The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant! The food was excellent, from the presentation to the flavors! We were thrilled and left very satisfied!! Keep it up, guys, and even though you're very young, you have a great future ahead of you!! 27/01/2026: A delicious dinner featuring traditional Sardinian dishes. The place is very welcoming, and the owners are excellent hosts. They let you order "tastings" so you can try different daily specials. Brilliant idea, highly recommended!
