07/03/2026: A new waitress was working and it showed. Despite telling her what I wanted and pointing to it on the menu, something completely different came out. Also, every other table received bread, but we did not get bread. We had to ask for it. Finally, we had to ask twice for the check. After the second time, the waitress said it will be a few minutes. Then, after a few minutes, she told us to go to another waitress near the exit to pay. It was an unusual experience to say the least. However, on the bright side, the food was very tasty and the prices were at the very least fair.

13/03/2026: Excellent home-cooked food. Abundant. Excellent service, with the owners being extremely helpful: they even wanted to walk us to our car, which was parked 300 meters away because it was raining. A welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant 1970s-style trattoria feel. Recommended.
01/02/2026: We went with friends. We had the excellent, piping hot fried fish and the spectacular sliced steak with arugula and parmesan. The spumoncino was also delicious. 😋

The staff welcomed us in our language with great kindness and professionalism, which immediately created a warm atmosphere.
The dishes were simply exceptional. We were both delighted by the quality of the ingredients, the perfect balance of flavors, and the meticulous presentation. Everything was executed flawlessly.
The wine was excellent, the explanations clear and engaging, and to top it all off, we were offered a complimentary digestif—a particularly thoughtful touch.
A five-star experience, without a single negative comment. We will gladly return.

28/01/2026: We discovered this restaurant/trattoria by chance on a motorcycle ride in the Ligurian-Emilian mountains. I can honestly say we found a special place with fantastic food. It's located on the border between Liguria (above Chiavari) and Emilia (above Borgotaro), so it's a bit out of the way for us, but we'll definitely remember it when we pass through the area.

22/02/2026: Family restaurant with good service. I recommend the vitello tonato - it is extremely delicious. We also ordered a schnitzel, which was not tasty. The breading was burnt on one side and too large. The meat was not the usual schnitzel. The portions are huge. The tiramisu is tasteless.

15/02/2026: We recently went on holiday to Taormina and wanted to hike up Mount Etna. On the way, we stopped in Zafferano Etna, where a woman recommended that we don't eat in Taormina, but instead in a beautiful place called Forza d'Agro. It's about 30 minutes from Taormina, nestled in the mountains with stunning views of the sea and Calabria. Incidentally, scenes from the film "Il Padrino" were filmed there! We had a wonderful meal at this trattoria, of course with fish, and the value for money was excellent! Highly recommended!
