I spent Easter lunch at Singola and it was a truly impeccable experience. I particularly enjoyed the appetizer and the wine pairing, which was truly spot-on.
What really made the difference was the kindness of the service: you could sense passion, attention, and a genuine smile. I will definitely be back.

Excellent vegan cuisine at this lovely restaurant in the center of Modica, a green oasis amidst the city's high-rises. A stone-paved internal courtyard leads you into a cozy and beautifully furnished wooden house. The restaurant is small, but the atmosphere is almost homey, and the staff is very welcoming and happy to explain the "new" (for me) twists on their vegan cuisine. The kids ate delicious ricotta ravioli with tomato sauce, and we delighted in their imaginative dishes...a nice, alternative Sunday lunch (for me!)

This isn't the first time we've chosen this restaurant, and each time it's a confirmation. It's become one of our go-to restaurants: we already know that something special awaits us, an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. A true journey of flavors.
The food is meticulously crafted and of the highest quality, with creative yet always balanced and delicious dishes. You can clearly taste the hand of a brilliant chef, who pours talent and passion into every dish.
The waiter is always a guarantee: kind, friendly, highly knowledgeable, and even super nice. He knows how to best advise you and makes you feel immediately at ease.

A very beautiful and welcoming place. The service and the quality of the products were the two things that particularly impressed and delighted us. We had the opportunity to speak with the staff, who were very kind and helpful, even explaining the dishes, which are unlike any other cuisine you'd find elsewhere. I'd like to focus on the dishes themselves: beautifully blended flavors with authentic ingredients.
Definitely recommended, and we'll be back.

A wonderful place for dinner. They reimagine Sicilian cuisine in a vegan way with great taste and creativity; something rare and truly unique in the area. The dishes are outstanding, made with high-quality ingredients, and the service is excellent, with staff who are both highly professional and genuinely warm. If you're unsure on what to get, definitely ask for recommendations. They will surprise you with dishes you wouldn’t think possible. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming: the wooden structure feels like a mountain cabin in winter, while in summer dining under the olive trees evokes a Sicilian country home. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to everyone, vegan or not
