Incredible food and extraordinary kindness! We didn't get the chance to eat at the restaurant because, due to a technical issue, Pasquale (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly!) couldn't open that day. But instead of sending us away, he prepared an incredible vegan takeaway dinner for us and refused to let us pay. The food was absolutely outstanding. There was an amazing variety of dishes, all delicious, creative, and made with so much care. What made this experience truly unforgettable, though, was Pasquale himself. His generosity, kindness, and genuine hospitality made our trip to Sicily so much more special. Some places stay with you because of the food; others because of the people. Singula gave us both. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Amazing food, a special atmosphere, and an owner who is simply an extraordinary human being. Thank you so, so much. We can't wait to come back!

The best vegetarian restaurant we have ever been at. The staff was friendly and we appreciated the detailed description about each dish we had. The menu is very unique and quality extremely high. The location is also charming with unique decor. Highly recommended!

I'm not a fan of vegetarian or vegan cuisine, but the dishes I tried (I returned a second time) were exceptional. This is thanks to the food, the care with which the dishes were conceived, and the skill of the people who prepared them. Love for the products and the cuisine, taste and elegance, a gem in Modica.

Amazing little restaurant with a lovely garden and cozy atmosphere. They have exclusively vegan and vegetarian options which were all very tasty and local. The agnolotti were absolutely divine! The service was topped off by the charismatic and kind server. A must visit for all plant based enthusiasts!

Beautiful, calm place, lovely and warm-hearted people and the food is just incredibly delicious. Perfectly sized portions for starter, main course and dessert, absolutely reasonably priced.
