Organized place with tables for lunch, sandwiches and daily menu. Clean and tidy with containers for recycling. The fifth star is missing only because I would have preferred a smile to the greeting, not that they were rude but maybe more smiles

19/03/2025: I recently visited this restaurant and was very satisfied with the experience! The food was delicious, with authentic Italian dishes that satisfied my palate. The pasta was perfectly cooked and the flavors were well balanced. The service was excellent: the staff were friendly, attentive and always available to advise on dishes. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant, ideal for a dinner with friends or for a romantic evening. Furthermore, the prices are very reasonable, considering the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and enjoyable Italian dining experience. I will definitely be back!

05/07/2025: Extremely rude. I would suggest giving your business to someone else. Very unfriendly. I think I would be generous if I said that they gave us 3 seconds to speak to them. There’s being weary of tourists, and then there’s just being a straight up unkind human. Do better because the rest of the restaurants around you have been nothing but lovely. Absolute waste of time.

21/04/2025: There were five of us and we had an evening that was hard to beat. Everything was perfect for us: the atmosphere in the old monastery, the food, the service. The ravioli was very good, as was the pasta Cacio e Pepe. The veal cheeks were a poem! The whole atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed. A great service that corresponds to the price, but without exaggeration, almost family-like. In addition to the food from the menu, there were delicious amuse gueules, bread, breadsticks and dessert bites (Coperto €4). The wine list is also very nice and the prices are very reasonable for restaurant prices. Depending on the number of courses, you should budget a total of 50 to 70 euros per person (the 4-course menu is 45 euros). As I said, a wonderful evening!

12/06/2025: Locale dall’arredo accattivante e ricercato. Accoglienza e servizio professionali, cordiali, attenti e veloci. Cibo superbo. Ampia scelta di vini locali e non, con una buona conoscenza da parte del personale!

31/05/2025: Wir sind begeistert. Das 6-Gänge-Menü plus Dessert war ein Geschmackserlebnis. Karamellisierte Zwiebel mit Parmesan-Eis. Das war sehr lecker. Der Küchenchef hat immer wieder aussergewöhnliche Ideen. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich. Wir hatten einen gelungenen Abend. Grazie 1000. Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten und bestimmt nicht letzten Mal hier.

04/06/2025: Located in an ancient palace in the historic center of Galatina, this place offers a unique experience. The staff's welcome immediately puts you at ease. All the dishes (sea and land) highlight the typical flavors of Salento. I recommend the octopus with potatoes and croutons, but also the pizza if you want something simpler. Recommended.

03/06/2025: There is heart and soul! Without a doubt an ancient, romantic place with a strong taste. It seems to be in the noble house of ancient Salento barons, with all their attentions and courtesies. An extremely technical and tasty cuisine, a light and leavened pizza. It is no coincidence that it is a restaurant indicated in the Michelin guide.

09/06/2025: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The location is beautiful, with a peaceful yet lively atmosphere. The food and drinks were delicious and clearly made with care. What really stood out to us was the staff. So friendly, welcoming, and full of good humor :) They made not only our dinner special, but also turned the next day - when we were just waiting for the ferry and dreaming of ice cream - into a memorable experience. 11/06/2025: Much pretension, little performance. Menu often unclear, e.g. max 2 starters per table, menu per table, pre-order.. Food ok, not for that price....

07/06/2025: Wonderful place, very attentive staff and very good food. Fish dinner with all the flavors of the sea. I will gladly return. The only flaw is the parking, but since the holidays are coming you can also park further away and maybe take a beautiful walk
