A beautiful little gem in the heart of Cuglieri. We enjoyed a delicious lunch and received a very warm welcome. We can highly recommend this restaurant, and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely return.

Meridiana is a small restaurant nestled in the historic center of Cuglieri. The atmosphere is simple yet very welcoming, warm, and familiar. The dishes are excellent, prepared with high-quality local ingredients. The flavors are superb. Special mention goes to the young woman who served us throughout the dinner. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

On an island that offers excellent seafood and raw materials, I've finally found someone who brings flavor to the table in its simplicity, showcasing these resources with undeniable skill and mastery, all while maintaining an excellent quality/price ratio. Excellent, welcoming and attentive service without excessive formality, a relaxed atmosphere, attention to detail, and even the background music is beautiful and high-quality! I must say that the Meridiana experience was (and continues to be) more than satisfying. P.S. I've been going there for a few years now, and the high standard has persisted, offering a professional and honest service, unlike other restaurants along the coast as far as Oristano (sadly enough) that tend to "exploit" tourists or the high season.

I spent Easter Monday lunch here with nine other friends. Spectacular food served in an authentic setting, preserving the style of the old stone houses. Quick and punctual service. The staff was flexible and available for every request. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had lunch at La Meridiana with friends and were truly satisfied: the seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked, with authentic flavors and generous portions. The atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Despite the late hour, they waited for us for lunch! Gorgeous place, very clean, the owner was very friendly. The food was not only beautiful to look at, but also excellent! We had calamari salad, octopus stew, and mixed fried fish! Excellent quality! Great price! Even though it's a little out of the way, we'll definitely be back with our friends!

08/06/2026: Mind you, this is a hotel!! There are about four rooms arranged in a terraced layout below the restaurant. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't inform us that an event with approximately 60-70 people was taking place there on Sunday, and that what felt like 50 children, playing and screaming loudly, not only used the upper levels for several hours, but also our garden served as a playground for teenagers playing with puppets and children playing ball. Breakfast was precisely portioned and wrapped in cling film. Each person received a yogurt, three small slices of bread, one croissant, three slices of cheese, three slices of mortadella, and some prosciutto (Crudo). Cappuccino and water were also provided. No fruit, no sweets, muesli, or anything similar. Dinner is in the higher price range; only the pizzas, while comparatively cheaper, weren't really up to par with what we'd had elsewhere on our trip. ... Only Italian is spoken, and on the last day the coffee machine wasn't working because someone urgently needed the cable for the party on Sunday. All in all, not a recommended place.

10/06/2026: Carefully prepared and refined cuisine, impeccable service, excellent wines, and traditional desserts. The mussel soup is exquisite and truly extraordinary, and the sea bass marinated in Vernaccia is excellent. Definitely worth a visit.
