04/08/2024: We had dinner on Tuesday 30th July in the most characteristic place in Parma in my opinion because it is in the shadow of the Cathedral and the Baptistery in the most Romanesque square in the city. I recommend dining outdoors if the weather permits. The tables outside and the mild evening gave it that extra touch. The food is excellent in the variety of typical dishes of Parma cuisine but also fish. We got 2 appetizers. The goat cheese and beetroot hemispheres with pistachio crumble with sweet and sour onion and cucumbers were really good. But the excellence for the delicacy of the dish were the squid tagliatelle, spirulina mayonnaise with salicornia and currants. Then two first courses. Spaghetti alla guitar with clams, bread flavored with herbs and creamy basil... quite normal in flavours, perhaps we would have liked something more for the clams While the Cavatelli with redfish ragù, yellow datterino tomatoes and fried leeks were sublime in taste and overall flavours. A Franciacorta "Saten" accompanied everything worthily, finishing with a sweet lemon sorbet on limoncello sponge cake and light lemon cream. Coffee and bitters. The service is always prompt and the price is appropriate for the dishes and the location. A restaurant where you absolutely must dine if you want to take away a beautiful memory of Parma from the point of view of the palate but above all of the place and the atmosphere.

29/08/2024: We have enjoyed good cheeses and typical sausages from the area as well as good grilled meat. The service must improve because having made a reservation, they made us wait more than half an hour and they also did not accompany us to the table. To our surprise it was still not ready.

31/07/2024: When we happen to find ourselves in Cagli, we always go to eat at La Gioconda. We always had a great time! Also on this last occasion we particularly appreciated the dinner served by very kind and professional staff and we also had the pleasure of meeting the affable owner and chef Gabriele. It will be a pleasure to return when we are in Cagli again!

05/08/2024: Everything was perfect - the food, the sea (a little bit too rocky, doesnt seem so in photos), services. The price for people from outside (not from hotel) was too high - 160€ per big sun bed for 2 persons.

02/08/2024: I happened to pass by here on my trip and politely asked if I could have a coffee and water. Although I didn't book here, which is of course not for nothing, I was served in a friendly way in a private beach bar and was able to enjoy my drinks in the comfortable lounge without any time pressure. Many thanks to the owners and employees This is pure hospitality.

01/08/2024: I had been there several years ago and had good memories of it. This time I found a place that definitely needs a refresh, the walls yellowed by time don't give a good feeling of care. Unfortunately, the dishes are equally affected by carelessness, they are not prepared in an express manner, also because it would be impossible to have the dish at the table two minutes after ordering, two minutes on the clock, those necessary to roughly assemble 3-4 ingredients in a dish and make the journey from the kitchen to the table, despite the price on the menu being an express serving. I can only save the courtesy of the waiter which, although it is an excellent business card, is nullified by everything else.
