29/08/2024: I waited to review this location because I wanted to know if the host, Mr Vincenzo, had treated us in the same way as the first time. What can I say, booking, without problems, we arrived on site, the strong wind reigned supreme, and they made us sit inside, 18 seats, everything already set up, in less than two hours, with the place full on a Wednesday, we tasted excellent pizzas of various qualities, very fresh beers, fried potato chips, hot and crunchy, ect.ect. , in an atmosphere of friendliness, education and respect, at a truly honest price. What can I say, if you should pass through these parts, you can't help but stop in this place. Lunch or dinner or pizzeria, at Vincenzo's, are a guarantee.

When I was there the workers were called in many ways but not as human, continuosly shouted to work faster or so... definitely not the place I would work at any time!

12/08/2024: We celebrated our daughter's graduation. Fish dinner, excellent quality and preparation. Exceptional evening thanks to the courtesy and professionalism of the owners and staff. Absolutely worth repeating and recommending.

07/08/2024: Characteristic place in the city centre, with an atmosphere perfectly in line with party standards. The food is excellent and the service too (very fast). The staff is very kind. The only flaw.....is the terrible ventilation. There are only 2 ceiling fans but you can't hear them and unfortunately we found the air conditioning not working. Since we intend to return, I hope that in the meantime the situation will normalize.

23/08/2024: I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. As a pizza enthusiast, I truly appreciate a well-crafted pizza, with the Neapolitan style being my favorite (though I can also enjoy a good New York slice). Naturally, I started with the small Bufala pizza to set a benchmark. It was unlike any pizza I've had before. The crust was partly wholegrain, maintaining the same thickness throughout, yet it was light and airy. The tomato sauce was intensely flavorful, with a perfect balance of acidity and sweetness, and the mozzarella di bufala was of excellent quality, its distinctive buffalo milk taste clearly discernible. Next, I tried the polenta and codfish pizza, which surprised me with its presentation. The codfish and polenta had been processed into a creamy paste, which paired remarkably well with the sesame crust. While this pizza wasn’t my personal favorite due to the strong fishy taste, this is more a matter of personal preference than a reflection of the dish's quality. The highlight of the meal was the horse tartare pizza. Having never tried horse meat before, I was eager to experience it, and it did not disappoint. The horse tartare was tender, juicy, and slightly reminiscent of beef tartare, but with a subtle sweetness. Texturally, this pizza was the most intriguing of the three, with the crispy and airy wholegrain crust harmonizing beautifully with the tender horse tartare. One aspect that stood out was the meticulous attention to temperature. The pizzas never arrived piping hot but were served at the perfect temperature, ready to eat immediately without any waiting. This careful control of temperature extended to the dessert as well—the sorbet was served in a cooled ceramic bowl, which helped maintain its consistency over a longer period of time. If you’re looking for a typical pizza that adheres to traditional norms, this place might surprise you. However, if you’re open to a well-thought-out, pizza-inspired fine dining experience, this is a must-visit if you're in the area.

20/08/2024: I haven't eaten flours and cereals for 10 years, except on very rare occasions and this is one. In summary: fantastic pizza, the proposals are each more intriguing than the other. Different doughs for each type of pizza. I tried the pigeon one... amazing! Cereal dough: the use of sourdough and high quality ingredients did not lead me to have any negative effects, an indicator of quality. The service is quick, informal but attentive. The girl who served us added a bit of a personal touch to the service: I underline this because I have read negative comments about the service which were not reflected in my experience. The pizzas are offered in two sizes: small and large. The 4 of us opted for 4 small pizzas, we struggled to get to the bottom. Price more than adequate for the quality of what we ate. We will definitely be back!!!

09/08/2024: No words Can describe their carbonara. I was recommended it by a coworker before leaving Denmark for Rome. He called it the best carbonara in Rome and I’m inclined to agree!

02/09/2024: Immersed in the splendid Tuscan hills, absolute quiet; beautiful landscapes, friendliness and relaxation in the swimming pool. Ps. Several cute little dogs that add value to the place 🤩 I would go back immediately

05/08/2024: Sehr unfreundliche und unhöfliche arrogante Art der Mitarbeitenden, wir wurden zuerst ignoriert und dann bekamen wir den Eindruck, dass wir nicht wirklich willkommen sind. Schade, ich habe grossen Respekt vor Gastronomen und gebe sehr ungern eine solche Bewertung, euer Benehmen war total daneben!

08/08/2024: We had a great dinner at ReFood Sorrento. All the appetizers, pastas and main sources were excellent. Service was very good and attentive as well. Sitting in the back of the restaurant was comfortable with functioning AC (rare for Italy), so the temperature was great for dinner. They were also very helpful with a few questions that we had around the best beach to go to later in the week. One of our best dinners in Sorrento.

26/08/2024: Fabulous dinner, my boyfriend and I didn’t do the prefix menu or have a reservation. We arrived right when they opened, one thing to note is if you don’t have a reservation you can’t sit under the beautiful pergola area inside so definitely make a reservation! You’re greeted with a free glass of champagne and small aperitivo. If we had more nights in Sorrento we would’ve gone here a second time! My boyfriend ordered the risotto and I ordered the pappardelle with pesto and cod. His risotto was to die for!

25/08/2024: Bel locale nel centro di Sorrento. Tavoli all ‘esterno o su a terrazza con pergolato o sala interna elegante e raffinata. Accoglienza cortese e cordiale. Personale italiano molto cortese ed empatico, un po’ ingessato ma comunque efficace il personale non italiano. Possibilità di vari percorsi di degustazione con prezzi medio alti. Qualita’ del cibo ottima con ampia disponibilità di scelta. Provata linguina con gamberi ed uova di lompo veramente gustosa. Agnello tenerissimo e gustosissimo. Dolci ottimi. Da provare ma non aspettatevi prezzi da trattoria.

05/08/2024: Posto eccellente e personale cordiale. Ottimi i ravioli del plin ed anche il piccolo antipasto offerto prima dell'inizio pranzo. Consigliato il dessert allo zabaione con caffè per un fine pasto corroborante :-)

21/07/2024: We had two ice cream cups outside, a beautiful place just a few minutes from Turin where you can spend an evening in the cool. ice cream good but not exceptional, given the classy place the service needs to be improved. A few years ago we had dinner inside and it had been a very good experience

28/07/2024: I celebrated my son's baptism last night and it went very well! Helpful, kind and effective staff; nice, clean and well-kept location, the air conditioning always worked and the temperature, despite there being 80 people, was pleasant. Excellent food, I recommend the coratella to everyone... a true masterpiece of Umbrian culinary art; honest prices and excellent value for money! I recommend this to everyone local

08/08/2024: A really lovely early dinner with my daughter. A beautiful dinner setting in a large lush floral garden. The servers where very kind and welcoming and the food was fresh and delicious. Very kid friendly. We were lucky to have the place quiet as it was just before their serving time. Very happy to recommend them and would definitely come back

29/07/2024: I spent a year on Erasmus coming here, I returned three years later and without a doubt everything is still just as good. I can confirm that it is the best pizzeria I have tried in Italy, super cheap and very good and fast service.
