17/07/2025: Warning, this hotel is permanently closed. We had a reservation and found the doors locked. The hotel owner didn't notify their guests. 😡😡

25/06/2025: First, three positive things: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but it was good. The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms, however, are completely unacceptable! I consider the condition to be a health concern. This isn't about stains on the carpet, if you can even call them that anymore. There was an air freshener in the closet to cover up the musty smell. Otherwise, take a look at the pictures; they speak for themselves.

27/12/2025: The place definitely needs a makeover, and, as other reviewers have noted, the products are quite expensive. On the other hand, the lady at the counter is very kind, and the restrooms are clean and fresh-smelling.

06/12/2025: Extremely expensive, a lousy coffee costs €1.50 at the counter. Everything else is expensive and low quality. More and more deserted. I went with friends and will never go back.

02/09/2025: I'm passing by this bar and enter thirsty, eager to order a tonic. The place has a number of customers at the counter ready to choose artisanal gelato served by a distinguished gentleman, while, still behind the counter, a woman, presumably the owner, is talking on the phone, giving my presence no more importance than two other people and two young men who, evidently due to the long wait, get up and leave. What left me completely stunned is how the lady looked at me at the counter and didn't care at all that I'd been waiting for over 10 minutes. As soon as the gelato aisle was free, I was served by the gentleman who proved much more efficient than the lady, who is probably still on the phone. Tip: maybe it was even an important call; I could have just stepped down from the counter and no one would have taken offense.

19/01/2026: Terrible experience!!!! I ordered two pizzas for delivery. One was a 4-salami pizza, and they put sausages instead of spicy salami. If you don't have an ingredient, let them know; they don't just throw in something you might not like! The second pizza was zucchini and shrimp, zucchini full of garlic, inedible! The Pizza Wizard!!! Never again!

07/01/2026: Awful. The food comes an hour late and you can’t even reach the owner of the owner of the restaurant to locate your order. The service is awful will not be ordering again. This place is a scam.🤢🤢🤢🤢

06/07/2025: Does it still exist? Fb reviews 2024? What is it if it doesn't cook? I wanted to go, but given the reviews......negative the most recent ones!! May Google remove it, if it doesn't serve food, a restaurant! Too bad it's near the Carde!!! To be removed! Can someone explain to me a restaurant that doesn't serve food? As a last review! Cisa is it?

27/11/2025: I'm sorry to say this, but the sandwich I bought wasn't the best for the €10 price. Besides the quality, there's no transparency. The sandwiches on display aren't labeled with the price, so you'll be disappointed or surprised to find out at the cashier when the price has already been entered. If I'd known that price, I wouldn't have bought the sandwich. The staff told me to read the price list. Yes, but where was it? And it's written in very small print. I'm sorry, but it's not fair to not display the prices.

24/11/2025: Before our flight we treated ourselves to an aperitif... compliments to Michela for the service and friendliness...

08/04/2026: I sat down and was given a menu. Everything was going well until a man stood me up without warning, removed the menu and tucked in my chair. I was shocked. I asked someone else who worked there why this had happened to me and they said I need to order to be able to sit. I would have been happy to order given the chance too. I also agree with policy. Only paying customers should sit. The man didn't even say hello or ask what I wanted. Rude, unfriendly. I did buy a drink and was allowed to sit but the whole experience left a sour after taste. Maybe he was having a bad day, whatever the reason, I would think twice about parting with your hard earned money knowing that you could be treated this way.

08/01/2026: Attention was really bad. The guy in the bar seems to be in a bad mood all day and it make you feel that you are not welcome there. I am Chilean and I don't recommend it at all, it was the worst experience in restaurants at all itally.

26/12/2025: The same miracle of "price multiplication" happened to us too. The displayed prices were significantly lower than the actual ones. Pay attention.

22/09/2025: Menu ranging from sandwiches to hot dishes. Bar service also available.

14/09/2025: Bad experience. I went to lunch with my boyfriend, and he went to order a vegetarian platter for me at the counter. My platter was completely different from what was on the menu. They didn't say anything like, "We don't have these products, but we can make a different platter anyway," absolutely nothing. I found myself eating things I didn't want to eat. When confronted, they didn't comment, but explained it away as "a fit of fantasy." Oh, and as if that weren't enough, there was a hair on the Parmesan cubes.

14/06/2025: I understand that it's a job that's always in contact with people, but if you don't like the job of a bartender, don't do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Madam, I was treated very badly.
