12/07/2025: Non consiglio di fermarsi a pranzo o cena ci vogliono circa 3 ore per mangiare e non ti portano nemmeno il sale anche se lo chiedi insistentemente. Servizio veramente pessimo lentissimi lo sconsiglio vivamente Per quanto riguarda gli animali non sono tenuti molto bene con tutto il posto che hanno non lasciano mai libero le mucche che potrebbero farlo , animali e recinti sporchi pensano solo al guadagno Sconsigliatissimo

17/11/2025: I have no words for the staff who work there. You ask for information and they tell you that there are signs. I wanted more specific information and I wasn't given good answers. It was rude, really rude. Furthermore, I had to wait for them to finish their conversation, then he even pretended not to hear me and while I was talking to him, he walked away and then replied, "There are signs, you just have to read them, you don't know how to read them." What terrible staff, truly. At the reception, a non-Italian girl who didn't understand anything and couldn't even make out the answers, and this one, on the other hand, answered rudely and didn't want to take you into consideration. What terrible staff. As I already told her, if she doesn't want to interact with people, she'll lock herself in the office.

17/12/2025: A very normal Thursday night at the Drive-Thru. We ordered three menus (three fries and three drinks) plus chicken wings. Once we got home, we noticed that a portion of fries was missing. We went back to ask for them, and they gave them to us. What's more, instead of wings, we found ASIAGO NUGGETS. I don't know how that was possible. The sandwiches were all wet, and the fries we were given were presumably old. They always forget sauces, drinks, or portions. Absurd.

08/04/2026: I travel a lot for work, and here at Motta I get my last good coffee before boarding. The staff here is truly fantastic, and I was very sorry to see how they were treated by a beige-clad hostess after I tried to accommodate her requests. This non-Italian hostess was so young and so unfairly rude that I decided to write this well-deserved praise to the Motta staff for how they handled the unpleasant situation. I returned to this bar very early one morning and unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with a lady at the cash register and bar (long black hair and a very contemptuous attitude). She was chatting and joking with some customers in uniform (or were they colleagues, I don't know), making all of us impatient as we were waiting for a coffee ☕️ that was already made under the machine and therefore served almost cold. This lady made me and other customers feel almost "unwanted" as she laughed with these other customers in uniform. Truly unprofessional 🙁

27/03/2026: I often stop by the café for breakfast, being a frequent traveler, and this isn't the first time I've been served by a woman with a ponytail and black hair. I'd like to report the extreme rudeness I've noticed, not only towards me, but also towards other passengers. I'm sorry, but from now on I'll avoid having breakfast at your café because it's unpleasant to be greeted inappropriately.

14/02/2026: Terrible place, I ordered a kebab pizza and instead of kebab meat they put roast chicken in small pieces and I found the bones at risk for my teeth, basically I threw everything away and took photos and then the price is different every time depending on who I find

No nos quedamos a comer ahi pero el instante que esperamos las pizzas , observamos que el ambiente era muy agradable , atendido por sus dueños y familia, el sitio estaba lleno, señal de que se come muy bien!! volveremos en otra oportunidad

03/07/2025: Un giorno doveva accadere ed è successo oggi: la mia prima recensione con voto 1. Lavorando anch’io al pubblico, mostro sempre comprensione di fronte a disservizi o inconvenienti che possono capitare perché comprendo che il lavoro del ristoratore e del cameriere sia difficile. Ma quando si è serviti con sufficienza,senza senso di accoglienza e si deve pure assistere a battibecchi fra colleghi, sinceramente certe cose da parte mia non sono accettabili perché viene a mancare il rispetto nei confronti del cliente.

22/12/2025: I spent a few hours in this lounge waiting for my flight, and I had a great time. The staff is very attentive in replenishing the all-you-can-eat buffet and cleaning the lounge. I will definitely be back!

17/07/2025: Warning, this hotel is permanently closed. We had a reservation and found the doors locked. The hotel owner didn't notify their guests. 😡😡

25/06/2025: First, three positive things: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but it was good. The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms, however, are completely unacceptable! I consider the condition to be a health concern. This isn't about stains on the carpet, if you can even call them that anymore. There was an air freshener in the closet to cover up the musty smell. Otherwise, take a look at the pictures; they speak for themselves.

12/04/2026: I've been there about ten times and I really like it, very often I order the Negroni and it's huge, not that I mind, the waitresses are very kind and the service is quick on days when there's not much traffic, the only thing I can say is that this place is very disadvantageous for those who don't want to drink alcohol and maybe have to drive their friends home, because for the first drink there's a basic price so even if you order a Coke you pay a lot. I don't remember how much but around 5-6 euros or if not more.

21/03/2026: The place is nice, both the upstairs area and the outdoor veranda, which is more or less heated, so it's nice to wear a jacket. So, it's a top spot. It's a real shame about the prices; if it weren't for that, we'd go much more often. As long as you're having a drink or an aperitif, the price is slightly above average, but that's fine, but spending €6 just for a Coke is really excessive. Let's just say it's not the kind of place you go to just for a chat with friends, because it's too expensive.

02/09/2025: I'm passing by this bar and enter thirsty, eager to order a tonic. The place has a number of customers at the counter ready to choose artisanal gelato served by a distinguished gentleman, while, still behind the counter, a woman, presumably the owner, is talking on the phone, giving my presence no more importance than two other people and two young men who, evidently due to the long wait, get up and leave. What left me completely stunned is how the lady looked at me at the counter and didn't care at all that I'd been waiting for over 10 minutes. As soon as the gelato aisle was free, I was served by the gentleman who proved much more efficient than the lady, who is probably still on the phone. Tip: maybe it was even an important call; I could have just stepped down from the counter and no one would have taken offense.

27/12/2025: The place definitely needs a makeover, and, as other reviewers have noted, the products are quite expensive. On the other hand, the lady at the counter is very kind, and the restrooms are clean and fresh-smelling.

06/12/2025: Extremely expensive, a lousy coffee costs €1.50 at the counter. Everything else is expensive and low quality. More and more deserted. I went with friends and will never go back.
