12/10/2025: The ice cream has gone downhill considerably—more water than cream, and ice crystals in the ice cream. I definitely won't be returning.

09/10/2025: After finishing a long 8-hour shift, I was craving a nice milkshake. I went to Sedici Gusti. The girl was very kind and friendly. The milkshake was delicious, with salted caramel and coconut! Recommended for anyone with a sweet tooth!

04/09/2025: Our adventure begins with a stroll through downtown Saronno on a gloomy August afternoon. My sweetheart and I, driven by the desire to delight our palates, decide to stop at Botega. The place looks very nice: spacious and bright, not at all chaotic or understated. Drawn by the inviting signs, we order a strawberry cheesecake, an "infusion," and a small bottle of still water. The cheesecake is disgusting, to say the least: a chewy, not at all crumbly base, and a strawberry topping so sweet it's nauseating. As for the "infusion," it can't be considered one, more than a very sugary concoction. Terrible value for money; I don't think we'll be back.

18/10/2025: Compared to Claudio's previous management, unfortunately there is no comparison regarding the food... a top-notch tavern cannot be replaced by a bar that claims to serve dishes of poor quality and quantity... the presence of tables directly on the street pollution is a shame.

16/11/2025: A McDonald's in disarray. I ordered at 5:23 PM (the time on the receipt), and after a 17-minute wait, I went to the cashier. I asked for information, and after a quick search, the guy pointed to a tray with only sandwiches on it. It was there, abandoned. Not satisfied, I went to the coffee counter. There was a tray waiting for delivery and a guy waiting. I glanced at his order: two hot chocolates with cream, a cappuccino, and a cream croissant. I glanced at the receipt and saw 6:00 PM. I looked at my watch, and it was 6:07 PM, and he was still fiddling with his back to me. At 6:09 PM, he turned around in a sweatshirt all stained. At which point, I asked him for a coffee, and he told me to get the receipt at the main cashier. I returned, and while he was making me a coffee, he called a colleague, telling him that the tray that had been there since before 6:00 PM needed to be delivered, and that he had remade the coffee because it had already gone cold. While I drink my coffee, I glance into the kitchen; there must have been at least a dozen people working and one person cleaning. At first, he was angry, but then I almost felt sorry for them. Pure disorganization; with all that staff, the Mac must be flying.

17/11/2025: I have no words for the staff who work there. You ask for information and they tell you that there are signs. I wanted more specific information and I wasn't given good answers. It was rude, really rude. Furthermore, I had to wait for them to finish their conversation, then he even pretended not to hear me and while I was talking to him, he walked away and then replied, "There are signs, you just have to read them, you don't know how to read them." What terrible staff, truly. At the reception, a non-Italian girl who didn't understand anything and couldn't even make out the answers, and this one, on the other hand, answered rudely and didn't want to take you into consideration. What terrible staff. As I already told her, if she doesn't want to interact with people, she'll lock herself in the office.

20/10/2025: Welcoming and clean pub. Generous portions of quality food. Friendly staff. I really appreciate the atmosphere created by the soft lighting. Recommended!

16/11/2025: November 16, 2025, 3:00 AM We order something that's missing a crispy MC bacon. We go back, but they refuse to give us another. After insisting, I'm left with just one chip and one Coke, despite having paid a full €10. I'm not at all satisfied; if I were the owner, I'd send everyone home.

09/12/2025: Even though the line is long, they don't take long to serve. I got takeout focaccia and croissants with coffee. They put a lot of mayonnaise on the focaccia, which isn't great. Otherwise, everything was very good.

22/11/2025: A truly shameful experience at the Motta Bar in the Malpensa boarding area. My family of five was having dinner at the Motta restaurant, while I and two other friends had purchased a simple sandwich at the Motta bar next door, intending to join the family for a dessert. I asked the waitress if we could sit with the family so they could continue enjoying the dessert with the others. I was refused without any flexibility! Only when we had almost finished our sandwiches did the very kind waiter "allow" us to enter, which I refused out of consistency. I understand the rules, but the difference is made by the people: the restaurant manager who answered me was unpleasant and unprofessional. The waiter (very nice and kind) was also embarrassed; he was visibly displeased but couldn't make any decisions! I felt ghettoized, sitting alone while the restaurant was deserted. Luckily, another friend chose to share a sandwich with me, otherwise I would have dined completely alone. Absurd and unacceptable treatment, especially at an airport. I understand the rules very well, but when faced with organizational difficulties, I need to be a little more flexible. Absolutely not recommended.

09/08/2025: Dopo diversi anni torno a mangiare al Ristò. Non ho mai gradito la formula a buffet (ammesso di non essere a Las Vegas) e ho sempre trovato il locale piuttosto caotico. Da circa un anno (così mi hanno detto) il locale ha avuto un restyling di immagine (dove domina un bel verdone intenso) ed è stato rinnovato nella formula, con cucine a vista e servizio al tavolo. Si può mangiare di tutto (anche la pizza), io mi sono buttato sull’asiatico, mia moglie sui pizzoccheri (ma che bella coppia). Ci siamo trovati molto bene, buon servizio e buon cibo, niente a che vedere con quanto c’era prima.

27/07/2025: Il bar è molto rifornito, per quanto riguarda l'aperitivo c'è molta scelta e infatti abbiamo voluto provare la promo 8€ tramezzini + cocktail, dove ti portano 4 tramezzini (oltre ai soliti patatine e tarallucci) e puoi scegliere il cocktail che vuoi, da un gin tonic allo spritz. La signora alla cassa è stata molto gentile e disponibile e gli aperitivi li ha preparati come si deve, consiglio!

17/07/2025: Please note, this hotel is permanently closed. We had booked and found the doors closed. The hotel owner didn't notify his guests.

25/06/2025: First, three positive things: The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast wasn't very extensive, but it was good. The hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms, however, are completely unacceptable! I consider the condition to be a health concern. This isn't about stains on the carpet, if you can even call them that anymore. There was an air freshener in the closet to cover up the musty smell. Otherwise, take a look at the pictures; they speak for themselves.
