Stay away, eat before you reach the airport.

17/01/2026: This place is the swear word of Varese. Extremely rude, unfriendly, and a place straight out of the 1950s, but it has its reasons. Hahaha, they're so rude they're hilarious. If you don't laugh about it, your coffee will go down the wrong way. 😂

29/03/2026: We went today in 4 we had 4 aperitifs they made us pay a bit too much also because a non-alcoholic paid as an alcoholic aperitif and only less than half a glass and then they brought us some appetizers like 15 days ago when we went in 2.

29/03/2026: I was mortified, I stopped at the counter to have an aperitif while waiting for an appointment at the restaurant, I asked for a Campari with white wine, I was not offered a handful of crisps or anything else and he asked me for 7 euros!
28/03/2026: We were greeted by a very rude waitress. After serving us an aperitif, she became annoyed when I politely pointed out that the table was dirty. She responded rudely, saying she would clean it and to stay calm. Even though I remained "calm," she didn't clean it. This unprofessional behavior ruined the experience. An aperitif at a dirty table... a rude person who doesn't know how to welcome guests.

26/09/2025: The pizza is soggy, I miss the good old days. The place is dirty, and the service... what can I say? We waited over an hour for two pizzas. The prices have also gone up, terrible value. I won't be back.

03/01/2026: The owner was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional throughout our entire stay.
When we had to leave due to serious illness, the owner refused to refund the prepaid days, not even partially; suddenly, he also no longer understood English. Disappointing, especially considering the price range and the owner's reputation. We're talking about approximately €320 per night.
The room and its size also did not match the description; they were significantly smaller.
The balcony was simply filthy and unusable.
The prices are far too high for this substandard service.

IT CERTAINLY DOESN'T GIVE THE PRODUCT BUT KEEPS THE MONEY.
I'd like to know how much money you make each day by ripping people off like this.

12/07/2025: Non consiglio di fermarsi a pranzo o cena ci vogliono circa 3 ore per mangiare e non ti portano nemmeno il sale anche se lo chiedi insistentemente.
Servizio veramente pessimo lentissimi lo sconsiglio vivamente
Per quanto riguarda gli animali non sono tenuti molto bene con tutto il posto che hanno non lasciano mai libero le mucche che potrebbero farlo , animali e recinti sporchi pensano solo al guadagno

09/08/2025: Dopo diversi anni torno a mangiare al Ristò. Non ho mai gradito la formula a buffet (ammesso di non essere a Las Vegas) e ho sempre trovato il locale piuttosto caotico. Da circa un anno (così mi hanno detto) il locale ha avuto un restyling di immagine (dove domina un bel verdone intenso) ed è stato rinnovato nella formula, con cucine a vista e servizio al tavolo. Si può mangiare di tutto (anche la pizza), io mi sono buttato sull’asiatico, mia moglie sui pizzoccheri (ma che bella coppia). Ci siamo trovati molto bene, buon servizio e buon cibo, niente a che vedere con quanto c’era prima.
27/07/2025: Il bar è molto rifornito, per quanto riguarda l'aperitivo c'è molta scelta e infatti abbiamo voluto provare la promo 8€ tramezzini + cocktail, dove ti portano 4 tramezzini (oltre ai soliti patatine e tarallucci) e puoi scegliere il cocktail che vuoi, da un gin tonic allo spritz.
La signora alla cassa è stata molto gentile e disponibile e gli aperitivi li ha preparati come si deve, consiglio!

I called at 12:26 to order three pizzas, living just minutes from the pizzeria. The pizzas arrived at 1:20 PM. More than 50 minutes for a delivery practically on my doorstep.
After a 30-minute wait, I called back to inquire and was treated with arrogance and rudeness, being told that it wasn't true that half an hour had passed. Too bad the call log proves otherwise. Instead of apologizing, they preferred to respond insolently and call the customer a liar.
Of course, after all this, the pizzas arrived cold, inedible, and without even a hint of an apology.
Unjustified delays, zero professionalism, zero respect for the customer.
If this is the way they work, I'd better change my career.
