15/01/2026: The place hasn't changed much in years, and it's fine that way. The food is also excellent! The only downside is the atmosphere: eating in the cold in winter isn't ideal! The toilets are kept completely cold, with no heating, and the ice-cold water for washing your hands is quite unpleasant!
29/12/2025: I went for an aperitivo around 6 PM; the place had already been open for an hour. There were two of us, and we ordered two spritzes. I found a dead fly in one of them, so I obviously asked for a new glass, which the guy agreed to do without a problem. He brought us a small bowl of fries as a side dish... But we noticed that at the other tables he also added a tray of sandwiches, which we never received. We asked if we could get something else, and were told they didn't have anything on hand. This was a joke, probably a sign of spite for asking for a new glass...
Furthermore, the music was very loud even though there were few people, and we had trouble conversing.

03/02/2026: I don't understand why the bar service hasn't been working lately. The coffee stays ready, either on the tray or in the machine, right there, cooling down. Boo. I'd let whoever made it drink it.
P.S. Notice the spoon I'm supposed to stir the coffee with.
01/02/2026: If you want to eat quickly, take a car, go to Milan, eat Mac there and then come back and it will still take you less time than waiting for an order at Mac in Induno Olona.

12/01/2026: Everything was too digital, given that there were several people complaining about the long waits, including myself, due to the fact that there was not even anyone to take orders at the take-away where my parents sat in the car and we waited in vain. I thought that perhaps everything would work better if there wasn't this whole digital "touch screen" system which only increases the confusion and irritation of customers.
10/01/2026: Good food and good weather too, but it depends on how crowded the place is, so I recommend going during the week

11/01/2026: It's a disgrace. I paid for the food and when I got home, I couldn't find what I paid for because it was missing. I tried calling because I was passing by, but they wouldn't even bother to answer. I can't do the job of checking my food if someone else is already paid to do it. You're a disgrace. No wonder you have so few stars.

28/01/2026: Yesterday afternoon we stopped at this sad bar where a rude, unpleasant bartender—and I'll stop here—charged us €6.00 for a coffee and half a cup of tasteless, cold hot chocolate! Perhaps in Lugano I would have paid that much... dishonest, with rude, unpleasant bartenders, it's really awful!
25/01/2026: The place is nice, but… be careful because the pastries are often old: I had sfogliatelle and cannoli, and the cream was sour and dry, a sign that it was two days old! Given the price, something like this should never happen!!! Never again!!!

10/01/2026: Order placed with Just Eat at 11:30 am, delivery scheduled for 12:10 pm... At 12:30 the order was delivered, I called the restaurant and they told me it would arrive in 10 minutes... I waited another 20 minutes and called again, they told me it would arrive in 5 minutes... at 1 pm still nothing and I was forced to cancel the order and skip lunch. I understand unforeseen events and they are normal, but all they had to do was let me know and I would have made different arrangements. Terrible experience.

26/01/2026: Compared to 15 years ago, little has changed. I stopped by after several years for an aperitif. You can't afford to have cold lasagna and lots of other stuff, but it's of poor quality... the choice is yours.
01/01/2026: Nothing special; the atmosphere is just passable, ordinary, and lacks any attention to style. Disjointed tables and a poor ambiance. Plenty of food, but the quality is mediocre.
The courtesy is fake and superficial.
I wouldn't recommend it.

24/09/2025: I got a takeout box, ate it 5 minutes after it was prepared, the meat was cold, literally four pieces in a sea of vegetables, and all for €6. The guy also seemed annoyed, it was only 9:30 pm. If I were the owner, I'd choose people who know how to work and who are willing to work.
10/08/2025: And the kebab is the best you can find around Besozzo, unfortunately they have aligned themselves with the prices of the city center and a sandwich becomes quite expensive at that point perhaps it is better to focus on a well-made pizza.

18/12/2025: Unlike many negative reviews, I come from Legnano specifically to eat here. It's never particularly crowded, but maybe that's because I frequent it very late at night, just before it closes at midnight. Very few people... I eat, drink, write, reflect, and relax... and no one has ever said anything to me. Maybe because I don't bother anyone either. I repeat, if I travel 7 km to come here, there must be a reason. 12/17/2025 / TOP RECOMMENDED /
18/12/2025: A very unpleasant experience because after I sat down and placed a bag on the table, which was empty of food, a sandwich delivery worker rudely urged me to put the bag away, saying I couldn't eat food that wasn't produced by them on site (as if it were a restaurant, by the way). I repeat, the bag contained personal items, not food.
Furthermore, a friend of mine who was at the counter after having already placed her order had her delivery number taken away without the possibility of contesting the incident. When I went to the cashier to confront her and report the incident, the cashier rudely stated, "You could have let me know, it's there, I had to give it to someone else."
I recommend a thorough overhaul of the staff.
