13/07/2025: I was really surprised by the prices for this breakfast: three of us spent almost €20, which seems excessive to me. I don't want to judge the quality of the products or the work of the pastry shop, because I wouldn't be objective. However, paying such high prices for a cappuccino, tea, or juice, products purchased in bulk, seems truly disproportionate. I understand the general increase in costs, but I still think €17 for breakfast is too high, especially considering the simplicity of the items and the location.

23/08/2025: AWFUL!!! Six or seven months ago, the restaurant was great, with excellent service and spectacular food. We returned tonight and it was a complete disaster. The room was completely empty, even though it was a Saturday night, yet the service was slow, and one waiter in particular was wearing headphones (zero respect for the customers). We can't fault the food; we were served scallops that were frozen and so cold we couldn't eat them. The soy noodles were bland, tasteless, and were definitely "old" and reheated on the spot, not to mention the shrimp were tasteless and rubbery. We reported these issues to the management, and all they could manage was a €3 discount. Unfortunately, it's become a place I no longer recommend; the food was very poor and the service slow. We left feeling very disappointed and dissatisfied.

03/07/2025: Two small glasses, just to be clear, the ones from the home coffee machine, of coffee cream 7 euros and 20, a theft. To be reported. I will never set foot in there again if it were the only bar open!

05/06/2025: Classy dinner Pizza tour €25 adults Drinks and sweet coffee included Beer in the jug to pour into small glasses of water. Mediocre pizza. Ambience and cleanliness to improve. Pizza tour children 10 euros. I would not return.

14/06/2025: Aperitivo del sabato sera, piacevole e distesa l'accoglienza da consigliare vivamente la prenotazione. Abbiamo preso un analcolico e un paio di spritz con tagliere apericena; beveraggio nella norma darei una sufficienza mentre sul tagliere dal costo di 18 euro cadauno do un cinque scarso. Focacce varie riscaldate e un po posse alcune, piattino di trofi e al pesto e pansotti tiepido....not very good ed infine ciotolina di fritti tanto unti un po spaccati. Domenica è il loro giorno di chiusura e forse questo incide sulla qualità del cibo. Non amo il riscaldato. Lo consiglio perchè titolare e ragazzi sono gentili e in Varese è difficile farsi regalare sorrisi. Si può fare di più

31/05/2025: Posto molto carino ,ho mangiato dei buonissimi gnocchi con pesto e pomodoro ,ho fatto anche la scarpetta per il sugo davvero buono .il mio compagno ha preso una buonissima focaccia con prosciutto e formaggio ..camerieri gentilissimi ,in particolare una cameriera,sempre sorridente e cordiale ! Ci torneremo per un bel aperitivo 💗

27/08/2025: No, we're no longer there: they've changed the menu and raised the prices. Previously, the burgers were cheaper and had fries included in the price. Then, for the same price, they removed the fries. Now they've put the fries back, inflating the price. Previously, you could choose 50ml bottled water; now they leave it for the Kids Menu, and you're forced to choose the 75ml glass bottle with microfiltered water. The Kids Menu offered a choice between ice cream and fruit salad. They've removed the healthiest option, the fruit salad. They frequently make mistakes in cutting or cooking the meat. The tortillas are often burnt, they need to be remade.

18/08/2025: A terrible experience. We sat down and were immediately warned that we'd have a 45-50 minute wait. We accepted this, but I thought the wait would be an hour and a half. The waiter explained that orders would be served in order, but it was unacceptable to have to wait this long for a tartare or a salad. I mentioned that my wife was pregnant, and in response, the table next door was served. The location is worth it—a beautiful square overlooking the sea—but don't have lunch or dinner here. The food is decent, but irrelevant considering the uncomfortable situation. If you have time to waste, this is the place.

02/07/2025: Il Panificio Colombo è una garanzia per chi cerca prodotti da forno freschi e di qualità. Il pane è sempre fragrante, con una buona varietà. Anche la proposta dolce è interessante: biscotti, brioche e torte preparate con cura e ingredienti semplici. Il tutto in un ambiente pulito e ordinato, con personale gentile e veloce nel servire, anche nei momenti più affollati. Do 4 stelle solo perché a volte i prezzi possono sembrare leggermente sopra la media per alcuni prodotti, ma la qualità giustifica in buona parte la spesa.

29/06/2025: I went knowing that they were taking the meal vouchers I had used. When it came time to pay, they didn't accept the vouchers. On the other hand, I went in with 22 vouchers and left with 13 and I also had to pay. In addition, the girl at the cash register also turned around badly, banging the chairs... She wanted to be right.
