20/06/2025: Questo posto ha una location interessante, di conseguenza ti viene da fermarti a bere qualcosa.. peccato che ti siedi e basta perché da bere non te lo fanno nemmeno ordinare! Se non dopo almeno 45 minuti che sei qua!!!

26/05/2025: Terrible experience. Never again. I have been to this bar about 6 or 7 times in the last three years. The location is, without a doubt, the best in all of Busto Arsizio — and it is probably the only reason why the place continues to operate. Tonight (Sunday, 6:00 PM) I set foot in there for the last time. I sit down with 4 friends and my 7-year-old son. After a good 30 minutes, a waiter finally arrives, who begins by saying that you cannot order ice cream or coffee products. No big deal. So we order a Lemonsoda, a buffet for the child and 5 alcoholic cocktails. Another 10 minutes pass and the waiter comes back only to tell us that he cannot serve us. I ask for an explanation and he tells me, in an arrogant tone, that we cannot order 5 cocktails with just one buffet. I point out that there is no sign with this “rule” and that none of us ordered coffee products, nor asked for special treatment. But nothing: “The bar is ours and we make the rules,” I was told. At that point the owner intervenes, who adds to the drama with a surreal scene: he claims that in his opinion we had ordered only one buffet so that all 6 of us could secretly eat from the same plate — a completely unfounded accusation, considering that the child had just sat down with the plate in his hand. The owner even adds that, if we had stayed, he would have put a waiter to monitor us at the table. I am 50 years old and I certainly do not go around stealing buffets. A welcome like that is offensive and shameful. The truth is that they simply wanted to force us to order more buffets, because serving only cocktails was not “convenient” enough for them. I left very angry and, I admit, also rude. I cannot tolerate being treated with suspicion and arrogance. I sincerely hope that the ASL and Guardia di Finanza will stop by to check how this bar really works, because Busto Arsizio deserves much better. Final note: rude and arrogant waiters.

27/06/2025: Yesterday evening, after three years of always making the same type of order on Fridays, after work, to take home with direct payment at the restaurant cash register, I was the victim of very unpleasant behavior! I'll start by saying that I've worked in restaurants for 15 years and, above all, I've been working with the public for 40 years. I don't like writing reviews, but this time I have to, because I hope that measures will be taken for the rudeness of two waiters who also called themselves shift managers (Mr. Roberto and Mr. Without a name because he didn't want to give it). Around 7.45pm, after greeting the man at the cash register, who then introduced himself as Mr Roberto (the usual manager, who I know well, since I have been going there for many years, unfortunately he wasn't there and I can confirm that he is very kind and professional), I asked please to be able to order the CHICKEN TENDER BOX to take away and the aforementioned Mr Roberto replied that you cannot buy it directly from the restaurant, but only from the app; I told him that I have been ordering the same thing for three years and with the same method, i.e. paying directly at the cash register, but he brusquely told me that it was impossible and that I was remembering badly, trying to dismiss me like that! I kept calm and asked him to check better, because it is an order I have been making there for years, but he again brusquely denied me the purchase. I asked to speak to the usual manager, but a copy of his ineptitude Mr. Without a Name showed up and didn't even open his mouth!!! I went out trying to insert my prepaid card on their app to make up for their negligence and finally order dinner, but after 15 minutes of useless attempts it was still blocked. I went back to the restaurant, reporting that I couldn't pay on the app, and to please try to help me since I had already ordered at least 50 Chicken Tender Boxes in that restaurant previously. I also asked when the real manager would be returning (obviously they didn't give me any information) and suggested that I learn to use the cash register to avoid making fools of myself like the one they were making with me. Do you know what happened???? Mr. Roberto and Mr. Unnamed turned their backs on me and walked away from the cash register leaving me there like an idiot, no greeting, and positioned themselves on the side of the dining room with their backs to me and chatting with colleagues who were certainly younger than me since they were looking at me. I have never witnessed a scene like that, I always asked for everything please and never raised my tone or voice. I have suffered in the past three times, errors in my order (sometimes nachos or sauces or fries were missing, I never check because I trust by nature) but the kindness of the real manager, who unfortunately was not there and the unwillingness to burden their work that I know very well, has always made me desist from asking for refunds or anything else, but being treated like an idiot, is crossing a line of rudeness is unacceptable!!!! As soon as I can I will go back to speak to the real manager because I want to understand if they are aware of the situation. UPDATE: AFTER ABOUT A MONTH I WENT BACK TO THE RESTAURANT AND TOGETHER WITH THE MANAGER EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTLY CLARIFIED AND RESOLVED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. I AM HAPPY BECAUSE FOR ME IT IS AN IMPORTANT PLACE OF REFERENCE. THANKS

14/05/2025: Pessima esperienza . Ci dicono che non avevano posto poi ci siamo fermati ed erano vuoti praticamente e ci hanno portato le specialità consigliate da loro immangiabili. L ho rimandato indietro perché avevo un sapore acido la carne e il ragout . Gli affettati erano vecchi e salati e tagliati grossi . Tutto di scarsissima qualità e prezzi alti e servizio inesistente o comunque non gentile.

18/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato oggi mia moglie e me. Accolti con allegria mettendoci subito come in famiglia. Abbiamo mangiato deliziosi piatti, raccomando lo stinco d'agnello una vera bontà senza grasso (raro per lo stinco d'agnello!). Prezzo nella norma, locale pulito con grande parcheggio. Bravi 👏

29/04/2025: Today I wanted to try the specialties of the Montebello bakery, located in the center of Busto Arsizio, for my lunch to take to work. As soon as I entered and asked the owners what my choices were, I had to wait 5 minutes but only for it to be freshly baked. I ordered a Margherita pizza by the slice and a focaccia with crescenza also by the slice. Let me start by saying that I wanted to taste them immediately to give a fair evaluation, but for my personal taste both seemed without personality, both lacked the drive to say "I have to come back here". They certainly weren't inedible, I don't mean that, I'm saying that they wouldn't have given the right satisfaction to my lunch. Since I understand that one day things may not go right, I will be happy to try the same specialties again, perhaps to be able to disprove my current opinion

14/03/2025: a smile costs nothing, especially to people like me who always behave in a polite and kind manner... I probably won't go back there again after today, following a joke, I was looked at with a very annoyed and tired look... it was one of my favorite bakeries

28/05/2025: Really disappointing experience at Bar Cielo in Ispra. The service is terrible: long waiting times even when the place is half empty. The staff is rude and unhelpful, it almost seems like they are doing you a favor by serving you. No smiles, no courtesy, zero attention to the customer. A place where I will definitely not return and that I strongly advise against for those looking for a minimum of kindness and professionalism.

25/04/2025: Tobacconist's Bar, slot room with billiards and table football, as well as betting, good in the evening, plenty of aperitifs and good at preparing aperitifs and drinks. Advised.

07/05/2025: Colombo Caffè is an excellent place for an aperitif in the center of Busto, with very special gin and tonics and a gluten-free platter for lovers of gluten-free aperitifs. The atmosphere can be a bit "tamarra" at times, but the outdoor area makes it perfect for the summer, with the possibility of enjoying the beautiful weather outdoors. The central location is convenient for a break during the day or for an outing with friends.

07/06/2025: The environment seemed like an almost abandoned place but from the inside it was not bad. I didn't like the food because there was too much rice and after 3/4 courses I was already full while in other restaurants I take more than 30 dishes managing to taste new things too. The service is terrible they are not welcoming at all and not at all available, yes if you ask them to come they come but I asked them for a glass of water and he didn't answer me he looked at me badly he snorted but he gave it to me. Advice?: don't go

26/05/2025: We have been to this café many times as a couple and we have always had a good time, but as we brought friends and relatives to get to know the place, the food portions or platters are not appropriate for the number of people. We went for an aperitif in 5 with two children of about 1 and 3 years old, ordering 6 aperitifs, the speed was ok, but the trays 2 + a piadina. A bit slow. I reported this to a manager I imagine and agreeing with us they brought 2 more trays to the table. This must not happen, we paid for 6. Another point is the drinks. We drank 3 spritz and I assure you they were transparent, it means that the doses were not followed, ok perhaps the girls who prepared it are beginners. I hope it was a sporadic case but we will continue to go there.

24/04/2025: High prices and vegan options not received, quality of drinks average. A special mention instead for the staff, they are all very nice and of a rare kindness. 2025 - Two years later I have to say that nothing has improved, zero vegan options. Inexplicable.

23/06/2025: As long as it was buffel (I enjoy it) it was great! The girls were great and fast. Now?!? Avoid it! Apart from the fact that it still has nothing of the original Pariani, just the brioche dough, but the flavours!? Zero! But then slow, slow as hell! And there weren't just a few girls, but 5! And yes, there were people, but not a full house. We waited half an hour! Half an hour! Never waited so long before. Who knows, maybe with time, but now it's better to avoid it

08/06/2025: Guadagna il podio del locale più piccolo con merito offrendo un’atmosfera comunque molto accogliente. Arriva l’idea, la passione e la cura dei dettagli sia in sala che in cucina. I ragazzi sono giovani e questo lascia ben sperare per il nostro paese , avanti così, siete sulla strada giusta. Il cibo è preparato con cura, le materie prime sono buone, paga solo a mio avviso un po’ di inesperienza nelle preparazioni considerando il costo delle portate. Ad esempio, le acciughe del Cantabrico vengono servite con troppa mousse di burro, risultando essere troppo grasse e stanchevoli. Agnello scottadito molto buono, purtroppo tiepido, non “scottadito”. Una buona scelta dei vini, a vista con prezzi esposti, sia al calice che in bottiglia. Un buon locale, con un bel margine di miglioramento.

06/04/2025: Che bel posto, cucina molto curata grazie ad un menù ben calibrato per il locale, scelta vini così vasta da farmi sentire inadeguato , personale gentile e attivissimo in una serata di rilevante affluenza. Veramente “una bella scoperta “
