A restaurant should offer a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, but this was impossible here. During service, while customers were seated outside, the staff used a very noisy pressure washer to clean patio tables and chairs right in front of us. The noise ruined the tranquility and made the entire experience much less enjoyable. Since the restaurant closes every afternoon, this cleaning could and should have been done when there were no guests present. A lack of sensitivity and disregard for customers.

Everything was very good, a beautiful setting with this lovely garden. Very welcoming service, but delivery times could be improved a bit... The fish dishes are highly recommended 😋

We had such a fabulous family lunch here. The “crudite plate” was so good, so was the paccheri with tomato sauce and lobster 🦞. We sat outside enjoying the lake view and pool side. The service was great, but I can imagine when it’s ful maybe they’ll struggle if they don’t increase the number of servants.

In just a few months, Villa Cocca has become my go-to for breakfasts, business lunches, or dinners with friends and family. It offers a simple, elegant, and bright location with a wide panoramic view overlooking the pool and Lake Varese. I had the opportunity to enjoy aperitifs, excellent pizzas, delicious first and second courses, followed by delicious desserts! The time spent tasting was enhanced by the rare friendliness and efficiency of the staff, who were always smiling and ready to satisfy every request. A downside is the limited parking, but there's a large public parking lot nearby, a great excuse to reach the venue with a pleasant stroll along the Lake Varese bike path. April 1, 2026 How a business lunch break can become an opportunity for relaxation, flavor, quality, smiles, and a beautiful view!

Nice restaurant on the lakeside

A special evening, everything was beautiful. Good and plentiful food, friendly staff. Music was great, and we made friends with the people at the next table... Beautiful!

The owners and waiters are kind and attentive. The food (lunch) is of high quality.

At a table in front of the entrance, it was freezing even though the door only opened twice. ⛺️ Basic aperitif, good food, but not even a small plate, we ate on napkins 😬 At least a Serena Brancale song started playing Happy 18th birthday!!! 💙

Great place for aperitifs (they should bring the platter when you drink, not after ten minutes), lunch, and dinner. Charging a €3 cover charge per person seems excessive, as does coffee at €2, not to mention water at €3. I've already noticed that pizzas are a few euros more... so 🤔🤔. Fish dinner, everything was really good, and the portions were generous.

Good quality, great view, fast service
