This pizzeria in the Caidate district is a real discovery! Classic and gourmet pizzas, top-quality ingredients, and a soft, flavorful dough, all in a wood-fired oven. The desserts are also good, though perhaps a little more choice could be added to the "spoon" selection/with something fresh after a good pizza. The prices are reasonable for what's on offer. The indoor setting is definitely recommended, but the outdoor (courtyard) isn't so much.

Pizzeria serving Neapolitan pizza and Roman pinsa. I've been there three times, and each time I've found it worse. Tables crowded together, too close together; if you have to leave, you have to ask the tables next to you to leave. The pizza was average, nothing special; the pinsa was almost burned on the edges and undercooked in the center. We were a group of 25, and no one was satisfied. The only good things about it were the waiters who served us.

They offer both classic and gourmet pizzas (including whole-wheat or gluten-free options), and even pinsa romana: there's something for everyone! The service was attentive and friendly. In the center of CAIDATE, a rustic-style pizzeria with a family-friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Excellent wood-fired pizza, fantastic dough, and excellent ingredients. Friendly, friendly, helpful, and fast staff. A word of advice: for the gourmet pizza of the evening, it would be a good idea to list the price on a chalkboard or include it in the description of the pizza.

Often, the dough is overloaded with salt, which overwhelms the flavors of the pizza's ingredients. Their pizza chef, however, serves a pizza with a slightly salty dough, leaving room for tasting the toppings, which are certainly of good quality. The waiters are friendly, approachable, and attentive to customer requests. The wait times are perfect, both for drinks and for all the dishes. The decor is in keeping with the times. The prices are reasonable. Well done, I'll be back.
