My husband, my son and I have just been there. We stopped because we wanted to have a quick lunch. Then I was inspired by the words that said the pasta was homemade. What can I say? Stop by and eat the pasta because it is amazing. The staff is very kind and fast. Pasta chosen by us, pizzoccheri 🔝🔝🔝🔝🔝❣️and pasta with cream of milk, chili pepper and garlic🔝🔝🔝🔝❣️well done!

This place is great. My group had the Goulash. It was fresh and hot and you get some nice bread to dip in it. The staff were super friendly and had big smiles on their faces.

We arrived by Bernina Express. The restaurant was casual and the staff were very polite. The buckwheat pasta was fantastic. Even the train conductors were eating there, so it must be delicious. Coming from Switzerland, the prices were a welcome relief.

Very good Italian food. I've never had such delicious lasagna! And the desserts are delicious too; the Tiramisu is a feast of flavor! In short, veeeeeeery good! We were very busy, but it is also crowded with locals.

The food is good and cheap. This bakery-restaurant is very simple in its decor, but less touristy than other restaurants, so if you can't find a table or want a quick lunch, come here for lunch.

Agriturismo La Campagnola

30/05/2026: This restaurant deserves its own post. This agriturismo is located in a spectacular setting in the Chiavenna area. It offers the best dishes in the Valtellina region and impeccable service. The menu is in the last photo. Everything you see in the pictures, including water, wine, bread, and dessert, cost us around 80 euros. There were three of us, but four could easily have shared the meal. Thanks, Diego, for the recommendation.
26/05/2026: I didn't see the rooms, just the restaurant, but considering how the restaurant is looked after, I think the rooms are also excellent.

24/06/2026: Cerere restaurant is a must-visit, recommended by countless people the moment we set foot in Valtellina. The setting, a historic building with a terrace overlooking the Orobie Alps, makes the experience even more unforgettable. The cuisine is locally sourced and top-notch. The service is impeccable; Giò took care of us and pampered us from start to finish. Marino, the owner, is a character beyond words; you have to visit Cerere, dine, and chat with him to truly appreciate his depth. A special mention goes to the wine list, which features a remarkable range and quality of wines, allowing you to explore many of the major and lesser-known names in Valtellina winemaking.
