I'm getting up from the table now after some excellent Sorrento gnocchi and equally good cold cuts. The management is family-run and the staff is kind and close-knit; I give 5 stars because more is not possible. I will return soon, when I return - by bicycle - to Pavia.

Really nice and simple place, where simplicity is not reductive but as an added value of the fundamentals of how to do catering. Extremely good and particular pizza with a larger crust than the standards, well cooked and tasty. The homemade profiteroles are excellent. Very friendly and kind service, the external relevance is an oasis of tranquility and relaxation, lunch time. They will definitely see me again.

Here we ate a real Neapolitan pizza. Staff is very attentive and welcoming. It felt like a Sunday family lunch. Absolutely to return!

Scoperta a Pavia! Abbiamo assaggiato un ottimo panuozzo, pizza con melanzane e la margherita per avere un benchmark. Vera pizza napoletana, tralaltro poco o nulla salata (e quindi senza sete notturna), impasto perfetto e anche grande... diciamo circa 290g. La mozzarella è "particolare" e mi dicono essere fatta appositamente da caseificio brianzolo.

10/03/2024: Ak3 propone una cucina di altissimo livello, un'incredibile sorpresa a Zavattarello! Alex propone piatti realizzati con prodotti locali, valorizzandoli e creando impiattamenti che deliziano prima gli occhi e poi il palato. Son stata l'ultima volta per il compleanno di mia mamma e il servizio è stato come sempre di altissimo livello! Grazie come sempre!
07/11/2023: Chef Alex giovanissimo ci ha stupito con cibo tradizionale di qualità e con un pizzico di modernità negli accostamenti ed impiattamenti. 2 entreée ed un dessert gentilmente offerti hanno incorniciato il nostro pranzo: ottima tartare di fassona con burrata e pane carasau, ravioli allo stracotto eccezionali e costine con cavolo bianco e panna acida, ravioli di ananas su crema di cioccolato e frolla con pasticcera e frutta. Complimenti a chef Alex per intraprendenza e alla mamma che lo aiuta nel servizio. Consigliatissimo!

02/04/2024: Simple place, great food and super service. The manager was so friendly that it changes your day together with the lady who served us at the table. I hope you come and eat there sooner or later!
