06/07/2025: New Management, a few months and it shows,,!! Kindness, professionalism, enthusiasm. We were with friends on Thursday evening for dinner, à la carte: Impepata di Cozze (perfect) mixed fried food, our friends who consumed other dishes were equally satisfied. Test of the nine: Puff pastry dessert with cream: test passed. We wish this staff to continue so few dishes (the giant menus are only one) but cooked well, continue on the quality and excellent value for money. Well done

05/07/2025: Ristorante Il Sagrestano has recently changed management. Today the restaurant is run by a group of young people who are competent and very attentive to detail in conducting the service. The Chef offers simple but magnificently prepared à la carte menus, with excellent quality raw materials. The same care and attention to the Customer is also reserved for business lunches. BRAVI!!! Keep it up.

16/06/2025: Super good pasta and very affordable. Was recommended a local red wine from Pavia region, cost $20 euro, super nice.

09/06/2025: I requested a home delivery. I live quite far away. To my great surprise all the food was hot, well packaged and plentiful. The carbonara was very good (a little overcooked but that's okay, I really enjoyed it) and also the dessert, with 3 chocolates. Really good. Unfortunately I can't give the same appreciation for the cutlet with potatoes. It really wasn't edible. Dry and, in my opinion, one of those packaged ones you buy at Esselunga. Too bad. As for the atmosphere, since I didn't go in person, I can't express an opinion.

24/06/2025: Characteristic and welcoming place. Courteous and helpful owner. It offers few dishes but all extremely well-prepared. The Valdostana soup and the nettle gnocchi are really excellent. The house Barbera is good, however it also offers interesting bottles. It is advisable to book given the few tables.

08/06/2025: Impeccable service! A small osteria with a typical atmosphere, I particularly appreciated the kindness of the staff, and the food is excellent. I highly recommend it.

22/05/2025: Beautiful place, surrounded by greenery, in a wonderfully furnished building. It's like being in a fairy tale. And not only is the place wonderful, the dishes too. Good, well-groomed, refined, honest and wonderful. Friendly staff who take care of you and your tastes. Well what can I say, everything is perfect, both for a business lunch, cheap but good, and for a romantic dinner. I have nothing else to add, everything is perfect and recommended!

28/05/2025: We had lunch for a communion and had them prepare a menu for 35€ (with the possibility of a children's menu for 15€). Really excellent food and generous portions. Friendly staff. We really had a great time.

06/06/2025: I have been going to this restaurant for a long time and it has now become my go-to place when I want real sushi. The fish is always very fresh, carefully cut and presented impeccably. Each dish is an experience, from the appetizer to the most creative rolls. But what really makes this place special are the owners, Nico and Emi: kind, welcoming and always ready to make every customer feel at home. The atmosphere is relaxed, with attention to detail and you can feel the passion in everything they do. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, human warmth and authentic Japanese cuisine!

I can't say the quality/price ratio because I was invited but I think it's a little above average. I recommend it for a special evening or if you want to invite people of a certain prestige.

17/06/2025: In a great location along the former SS 494 and served by a large car park, it is a good alternative for lunch or dinner. Quality hamburgers and grilled meat above the average of other fast food restaurants.

07/06/2025: Unfortunately I have to reevaluate: over time the service has deteriorated (today they hit rock bottom: 20 minutes of waiting, no communication, everyone disappeared into the dining room, manager glued to the phone listening to who knows who... we had to leave, never happened in half the world...) and an absurd environment (company policy: air conditioning abolished. Ok if done intelligently, not always and in any case, even with the sun beating down on a sultry 30 degree day...). Returned by chance, it being a beautiful day in January and almost empty, everything ok... I put a star back on trust... after some time everything seems to have returned to normal. Apart from the occasional exaggerated shouting of children, the place deserves another star again.

27/05/2025: My dinner at the Guallina restaurant was a real discovery, a journey through elegant and well-balanced flavors. From the moment I entered, the warm and refined atmosphere of the restaurant made me feel welcomed, while the staff - kind and competent - made the experience even more pleasant. As an appetizer I chose the goose liver paté with croutons: an intense and refined dish, perfectly balanced in flavors. The creaminess of the paté married perfectly with the crunchiness of the croutons, giving a truly tasty start to the meal. Next, the rice with bay leaves and Breme onion: a surprising and delicate combination. The scent of the bay leaves and the sweetness of the onion created a unique harmony, enhancing the rice without overpowering its simplicity. A dish that shows great attention to raw materials and technique. In short, Guallina is a restaurant that combines tradition and creativity with great elegance. Recommended for those looking for sincere, well-executed and exciting cuisine. I will definitely be back!

03/05/2025: Excellent trattoria, simple and classic style but clean and sober. We ate everything based on goose. Starter of goose cured meats and really excellent pate, especially the latter (usually it seems cloying to me), followed by ravioli with goose meat in butter (I also tried the cannelloni with asparagus, this dish is also really tasty and worth a try!) and for the second course...baked goose for the whole table with baked potatoes! the meat was really tasty and tender, spectacular. The entire meal was accompanied by a good Buttafuoco red wine, the list of wines available is really long and varied, the bitters and grappas available at the end of the meal are also extensive. It's really worth it!
