04/07/2025: More than a month ago we celebrated our son's baptism. Friendly and helpful staff, impeccable service. A family-like and welcoming atmosphere, like the owners and staff. They exceeded our expectations, especially in terms of the setting/decorations and excellent quality of food, with lots of variety and not the usual buffet, also finding alternatives for celiacs and vegetarians. Everything was taken care of down to the smallest details. If there is an occasion, we will definitely rely on them and will gladly return. I recommend it, because compared to other places, they make the difference. Thanks again to all the staff at Bar Roma.

04/12/2025: A very beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained restaurant with a lovely garden and vegetable garden, overlooking the exquisite kitchen. Authentic food, wonderfully well-cooked, with numerous and generous servings! Everything was truly excellent! A must-try! The appetizers galore, endless, three first courses: mushroom risotto, chestnut and ricotta salata ravioli with tomatoes, and gnocchi with Piacenza beans. Two second courses: donkey stew with polenta and pork shank with potatoes, truly delicious. Cheeses to cleanse your taste buds, along with cream cake and sorbets. Their wine in wooden buckets, coffee, and house liqueurs are excellent. Everything was perfectly cooked by the chef, with the addition of some traditional dishes by the very friendly owners. Ample parking. What can I say? I'll definitely try it again with great enthusiasm.

07/12/2025: My mom and I were there two weeks ago and had a great time. The atmosphere was neat and clean, and above all, the pizza was excellent—thin and crispy, just the right amount for easy digestion. The menu was also perfect, and the beers were delicious. We returned last night, and the table was awful. Located opposite the door leading to the internal courtyard, people kept coming out. We were cold and didn't enjoy it. The pizzas also got cold right away. There's already a main entrance and exit door, so guests can use that one if they wish. The internal courtyard door needs to be closed; it's not July!

05/12/2025: It's a shame they've lost so much. With the opening of the new location, they thought it would add value, but instead it's gotten worse. The new staff is often rude, deliveries are late or even not made on certain days, not to mention the exorbitantly increased prices and the menu is drastically reduced. I don't think I'll ever need them again.

19/10/2025: Pieretto has now created an institution in Borgarello, a place of culture and entertainment featuring top-notch national and international artists. A beautiful atmosphere in the evenings and a relaxing atmosphere during the day, it's open in spring, summer, and part of the fall.

22/10/2025: OLD but GOLD: a historic pastry shop that knows its stuff. The cannoli are unrivaled, and the rest of the pastries are also excellent. But just walking in, you can tell by the aroma that it won't disappoint—a guarantee.

10/11/2025: Excellent lunch at Osteria del Borgo – Salsamenteria! Delicious tortellini, fresh pasta, and a flavorful filling. The braised beef with beans was truly exceptional: tender and flavorful meat, generous portions, and carefully prepared dishes. A welcoming place, friendly staff, and a true osteria atmosphere. Highly recommended if you're in Pavia and want to eat well.
