Nice restaurant with a rustic but refined taste in a building with exposed beams and certainly ancient. The first courses we tasted were truly excellent: saffron and sausage risotto and nettle gnocchi in Salvacremasco cheese fondue. The chicory we took as a side dish and the homemade bread were also excellent. The staff is courteous and the price is appropriate for the quality of the dishes. Absolutely worth visiting

At the Mescita I first appreciated the professionalism, courtesy and preparation of the dining room staff, it is not obvious that they know in such detail the dishes that are served at the tables! The menu, which offers a manageable number of dishes with very fresh, refined and high quality products, manages to please everyone, including children. I think I've tried all the desserts they prepare and every time I taste them I'm amazed. The wine list is very rich and the wise advice of the owners allows you to always have the perfect match with the dish you are enjoying. There are three internal rooms and in good weather you can eat outside with a view of the castle and park while also enjoying a nice, always sought-after barbecue. I have celebrated several events at the Mescita and all the guests had a great time. Highly recommended!

La Viscontea non mi tradisce mai, avevo degli amici da portare a pranzo con problemi di orario e appuntamenti già fissati nel primissimo pomeriggio, ho pensato a questo graziosissimo locale accanto alla fortezza di Bereguardo. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia e gentilezza all'apertura del locale, gustato pietanze di ottima qualità senza la necessità di sollecitare alcuno a fare in fretta e tutto si è incastrato alla perfezione. Avrei dato i cinque pallini solo per questo, ma la mia Creme Brulé era troppo fredda.....
