We happened to stop by at lunchtime on our way to Pavia... what a lovely surprise! Excellent food, attentive and friendly service, and fantastic desserts! I think it's worth the trip! Congratulations!

We return to Viscontea every time we're in the area, and it's always a surefire success. The atmosphere is welcoming, almost like being at home, but with the added bonus of impeccable service and dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail. It's become our go-to place: highly recommended for anyone seeking quality and authentic food. Mario and Luca are a guarantee.

Extremely friendly staff. They managed to find me a table even though I hadn't booked and they were fully booked. The menu is traditional, with a variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Excellent value. We had the tripe, the Milanese cutlet, and the agnolotti: everything was excellent! The waitress is truly excellent, and the owner even helped me resolve a problem I had with my accommodations for the night. Help is not a given, but it's truly appreciated!

05/04/2026: We went last night for dinner for four and opted for tigelle and gnocco fritto. The gnocco fritto was replenished without a price increase. Everything was delicious, accompanied by an excellent wine on tap and a beer. The service was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend it. The manager is very friendly, and the prices are fair. Definitely worth a try.
27/03/2026: I came back here after a few years, but nothing to complain about. The cured meats are excellent. The platters vary but are also quite generous. It's nice that they serve tigelle with savory and sweet sauces. I recommend trying it.
