Imaginative dishes, but I would have reserved some items on the menu for the classics of the Lomellina tradition, without imaginative variations. Classic and simple recipes are sometimes the best. However, everything was excellent and the company was happy with the choice. Extensive wine list

10/05/2025: I would have given five (or even six) stars for some items — this restaurant clearly aims for the high end of the dining spectrum. Most dishes are fantastic. My favorites are anything with truffles and, more broadly, the raw preparations: beautifully presented, perfectly portioned, and incredibly fresh. The wok dishes were also a highlight — everything I tried was flavorful, well-seasoned, and served at just the right temperature. Nothing was overcooked, and the plating was elegant. The fried items (like tempura) didn’t shine as much. While they were cooked to the right point, the flavor of the oil was a bit too noticeable for my taste. The service is warm and attentive. The waitresses were especially charming. Some of the waiters looked a little serious, but they were professional and polite — a far cry from rushed or disinterested service you might encounter elsewhere. The ambiance leans slightly noisy for the type of refined experience the kitchen offers, but it’s not a dealbreaker. A fun touch is ordering from a tablet at your table. One small improvement would be the ability to view your previous selections and receive a full summary of your order afterward (perhaps by email — also a smart way for the restaurant to build a mailing list). All in all, a lovely experience — and one I look forward to repeating many times.

13/04/2025: Great place to relax, there is a large truck parking lot with 30+ spaces, parking fees are included in the price of your order at the restaurant. Great respect to the owner and the girl administrator, very nice and helpful people (the girl speaks Russian)!) There is a large store with good prices nearby, 300m away.

08/04/2025: Restaurant located along the main road to Mortara-Pavia, ample parking and excellent service, they have a fixed menu at €13 without coffee, an excellent combination of the price and the quality of the dishes...

30/05/2025: We were at this restaurant yesterday around 7:00 PM. Nice outdoor seating with a view of the cathedral. Very friendly service, who first had to point us to the QR code/shop ordering process. I work in IT, but in many aspects of everyday life, I'm a fan of analog 'processes'... and the reason proved true here again: The starter and main course came very quickly one after the other - which simply spoiled the atmosphere. The meal itself was good. I deliberately didn't order the coffee digitally... the espresso would probably have come with the starter :-) The very nice young waitress, however, took this into account - we also paid at the counter rather than Klarna/PayPal/...

29/04/2025: I've been ordering takeout sushi from this place for a while and it has never disappointed me. Everything is always fresh and delicious! I really appreciate the little touches: they often include extra sauces, Coca Cola and free shrimp clouds. A gesture that really makes the difference. Highly recommended!

13/04/2025: scadente. pessimo. Sono stata in questo ristorante con alcuni amici e purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Ho ordinato il panino fyer, ma è stato deludente: il sapore era piatto e sembrava un prodotto surgelato, privo di freschezza. Peccato, perché il menù sembrava promettente. Spero che venga rivisto per migliorare la qualità.
