13/07/2025: We went to this restaurant with friends. The pizza and the fish first courses were both very good, and I must say, very digestible. The waiters were super kind and helpful, very organized, and efficient. The prices were super fair, and the view of Piazza Ducle was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back.

19/07/2025: A gem in every way: spotlessly clean, spacious, well-air-conditioned rooms with a small balcony that won't hurt if you smoke. The dinner was excellent, with very interesting and carefully prepared dishes. The service was excellent.

08/09/2025: If you're looking for meat, you've come to the right place. We tried the world tour featuring five cuts of meat from five different regions, and we were all very pleased with the selection and the cooking. Fast and friendly service, a quaint atmosphere, and moderate prices.

02/09/2025: On the outskirts of Pavia, a warehouse converted into a (quasi) saloon. Dark wood furnishings give the impression of being in the States... American memorabilia and screens showing sports on the walls. Medium-sized (a bit tough) meat with minimal sides, but well-served. Various beers on tap, including Guinness (which I found watered down). The friendly staff has the almost grumpy demeanor of every other waiter in the area.

26/07/2025: Always good and carefully prepared dishes with always very fresh fish.

25/07/2025: We had dinner, the pizza wasn't bad, the ingredients were fresh, and we didn't have to stay up all night drinking like we often do. The house wine was excellent, and the service was excellent. They even cut our older daughter's pizza for us, and they didn't charge us for the little one who wasn't eating. The waiter, who was long-haired, was very sweet, joking around with the little one, playing with him. The little one kept laughing, and they were very kind.

06/05/2025: Davvero un ristorante di tradizione oltrepopavese.ristorante salumeria in un borgo stupendo ben sistemato.titolare gentilissima.io mangiato salame Varzi il migliore assaggiato coppa loro eccellente così come pancetta.preso ravioli alla varzese molto molto saporiti.un locale non turistico ma vero .

04/05/2025: Pranzo in 4 dal mitico ristorante Buscone. La signora Roberta è una persona speciale ottima sommelier . L Oltrepo' pavese è un incanto e qui i sapori e il vino fanno sentire tutto l'amore che provo per questo luogo. Ravioli, risotto, Agnello, Costine,Salumi tutti ottimi. Venite non Ve ne pentirete.

04/09/2025: A delicious lunch for a very reasonable price. We'd just come from Como, where an aperol cost 10 euros. Here it's 5 euros and even better. Highly recommended!

04/09/2025: Great place for lunch and a good Aperol! Found it by coincidence and really happy we did. Good vibes from the guy behind the bar who personally translated the menu for us. Also: one of the best aperols for only €5!! Amazing.

24/08/2025: Beautiful restaurant, actually good food, apparently clean... one major flaw though... we found a cockroach on the table under our plate... We had to wait for the owner to give us a 30% discount given the inconvenience, the girl at the cashier was very kind even if we had to insist a bit to get the owner to call us to get a discount... What can I say, if it hadn't been for this unpleasant inconvenience, it would have been 5 stars... I hope they manage to fix it as soon as possible.

12/08/2025: Sushi Furaki is a must-try for those who love well-prepared sushi. I particularly appreciated the variety of rolls and the creative combinations. The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming. A place I'd happily return to for an authentic and tasty Japanese dinner.

The value for money is truly excellent; it's hard to find better in the area. The location is large, with plenty of tables both inside and out, but the place is almost always full, so it can be a bit noisy during peak hours. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The only caveat: they don't accept restaurant vouchers, but otherwise, it's a perfect option for those looking for a quick and tasty lunch.

14/07/2025: I often eat here, and I have to say the food is really good. If you're looking for an affordable restaurant with both set menus and à la carte options, this is the place to go. The dishes are generous and truly delicious. I recommend the seafood and the sea bass 💪🫡🥰🫶
