A fantastic place! The undisputed best Italian food we have ever tasted. The place is not only visited by tourists, but mainly by locals who eat there. The food is of the highest quality, everything is homemade and tastes fantastic. The place offers its own wines, which are also very good. The staff and the manager himself are very good at making guests feel comfortable and welcome. We will definitely come back. (We ate there two nights in a row already.)

A very nice restaurant with an outdoor area. The food, and especially the desserts, are delicious. We ate there three times, and despite not having a reservation, they always managed to accommodate us. We will definitely come back.

We ordered grilled tuna and tagliatelle with wild boar ragù.
The food and wine were truly excellent, and the welcome, kindness of the staff, and the ease with which they made you feel at ease are also commendable.
Even though the place was busy, the wait time was reasonable for the volume of customers, and the service was impeccable.
I highly recommend it.

At Trattoria dei Colli, I enjoyed an excellent rib-eye steak, accompanied by equally delicious baked potatoes. The spaghetti with fish was also delicious. Finally, the almond dessert was very good.

We'll definitely be back. Starting with the excellent and attentive service. A basket of bread and brittle (something not to be underestimated) immediately arrived at the table, and we were served right away. Bigoli cacio e pepe and maccheroncini with duck ragù were perfect for mopping up the sauce. Not to mention the main courses: braised pork with polenta and a hand-cut tartare with mustard, capers, and caramelized onions, all top marks. Concluding with a traditional dessert made with almond paste and a dreamy cream... the unforgettable finale was with the owner, Mr. Gino, who came from the kitchen to the table with all the liqueurs he'd prepared (limoncello, arancino, bergamot, pomegranate, blueberry, licorice, lime, etc.) and, to top off our coffee, homemade biscuits... I repeat, we'll definitely be back from Florence.

Vegan option 🍄🟫
The staff and chef were extremely helpful, even though the restaurant was busy. The food was excellent and the price was very fair.
We made vegan requests, and even though the restaurant serves traditional cuisine, which is excellent, they served us fantastic mushroom pasta and delicious polenta, as well as salad and grilled vegetables.
