10/03/2026: High-quality products... cooked well and with so much passion. The fried gnocchi are exquisite...the stracotto and pumpkin-filled tortelli in three variations are also highly recommended...exceptional. We concluded the dinner with a selection of cheeses and mustards, all accompanied by a wonderful Giuseppe (the manager)...everyone's cousin (when you pay)....good expireance.

09/03/2026: First time at this restaurant. Very well-maintained location, beautiful garden (we hope to return in the summer). Quiet and well-decorated atmosphere. Helpful and always present staff. Generous dishes, excellent flavors, and a fair price. We really enjoyed the fried gnocco for appetizer, the pumpkin tortelli with sausage, and the amazing tiramisu for dessert. Highly recommended! We'll be back. ++++

20/01/2026: It was one of the cornerstones of the restaurant industry. One of my favorite restaurants. Intrigued by the new management, it was a disappointment, unfortunately a huge one. Its identity and history were lost in the pursuit of a star. A real shame, going against current trends; so much was spent to dazzle the public, and its soul was lost. A restaurant like many others. The bathrooms are nice, there are fewer tables, and there's more space per person. They even have "water to get into the rankings"... but these days, people aren't looking for that anymore, but for substance. The wine list is also truly poor (with sometimes excessive markups). The cuisine lacks energy, despite using top-quality products and ingredients. The staff is at the same time perfect, impeccable. It's very unfortunate to have witnessed such a sad ending. I wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't return. Unfortunately.

At the Sea Fox pub, the first pub in Monzambano in the 2000s, the Count's tavern, excellent beers, music, and always top-notch service!!? Even though I rarely come, it's still the best nightclub in the upper Mantua area. Great, keep it up!!!? A special shout out to Gabri: Lu! Always Lu! And that's it! Very beautiful and charming place on the banks of the Mincio, a stone's throw from Lake Garda, fantastic rock music!!!! The Count.... A character!!? Recommended!!! 👍👍👍💯🔥🔥🤗🤗💯💯👍

15/02/2026: We spent a weekend at this property. Cleanliness, friendliness, and organization are evident as soon as you enter. The room is large, clean, and tidy, as is the bathroom. Breakfast...well, it's a treat, a special treat reserved for guests. A round of applause for the homemade tart. Dinner was delicious. The ingredients were top-quality. A round of applause for the chef, the management, and all the staff...

22/02/2026: We had dinner with a very large group, more than 30 people. The service wasn't fast, but that was probably due to the number of diners and the place being packed. As for the food, I was expecting, and hoping for, something more artisanal, but it was still good. The ambiance is obviously Viking-themed.

21/02/2026: Excellent, unique sandwiches and excellent beer. The place is a bit cold in the winter, which is why I'm not giving it 5 stars.

09/12/2025: The rest area is in a truly pleasant location and has plenty of spaces—over a hundred—all served by electricity. Unfortunately, however, due to disagreements between the municipality and the management, the facility is falling into general disrepair. The restrooms and showers are in terrible condition and are only located in the upper section, near the entrance, serving about twenty campers. The lower section, which on paper would be the nicest area, lacks at least a second waste disposal point, and an additional set of restrooms and showers would be needed. I know that in many other areas these services aren't even present, but then it's worth removing everything and at least keeping the area clean and tidy. In this case, however, it would be appropriate to reduce the fee: a fee of around €15 would be more appropriate given the current conditions.

09/12/2025: Very good freshwater fish, friendly and attentive staff, carefully prepared dishes, but there's one problem: the portions are enormous, double, I'd say more suitable for a group lunch (or dinner) than for a couple. This "problem" is solved with the takeaway trays that the knowledgeable staff provide after each course. I highly recommend it. Reservations are required.

01/02/2026: I went to this osteria for lunch. Ms. Lucia was very kind and the service was prompt. We ordered two appetizers and three tortelli, amari di Castel Goffredo, water, wine, bread, and taralli. Everything was really good, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

27/02/2026: A quiet evening, warm welcome and kindness, attentive service. Good food at a reasonable price. It was a quick dinner, without a reservation. The dessert was a nice surprise: tiramisu with fresh fruit. The place is a bit dated but decent. "Easy" and unpretentious, the food was good, quick and without too much fuss... just what we needed that evening. 😊

It was my first time in Mantua, and I think this place showcases traditional cuisine with a touch of innovation. We chose Mantuan dishes, which were delicious! The service was attentive and friendly, and they made you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
