Clean, welcoming place, young, lively atmosphere. The cappuccino is one of the best I've ever tasted, not to mention the soft pastries, brioche, and croissants, baked to perfection, with excellent fillings. Il Plà is a wonderful place, one of those places that makes you feel good.

I strongly recommend this small artisan workshop because it has made craftsmanship a must. Excellent raw materials characterize the delicacies of this niche. Highly professional, polite staff and proud to be able to serve the customer. The passion for confectionery art can be felt with your hands. The room is spacious, well-kept and clean. Feeling at home is a must. I'm now a fan, an iced cappuccino addict! Never tried an iced cappuccino of this kind in 50 years! If I were Hemingway I would be able to describe their iced cappuccino as Hemingway did with a pear: "Sweet, juicy, soft on the tongue, grainy like... sugary sand that melts in your mouth", unfortunately I'm not Hemingway so I can describe this wonder in my way: "it looks like cream but it isn't! The milk is frothed so firmly that if you turn it with the spoon and leave it, it remains there still, standing surrounded by that graceful and soft white cloud. The flavor is fresh and light. The last sip is the tastiest of all and it makes you want to collect that beautiful foam from the edges of the glass. It may not be very chic or tasteful but someone would clean the glass with their tongue just like we did when we were children small artisan workshop with the hope that you can grow and bring that breath of innovation and originality that is missing.
