19/10/2025: I was there this morning… I ordered cappuccino and a brioche but I had to leave immediately and I ate the brioche in the car because the train I was supposed to film left early and would have arrived at the station in Cantù earlier than expected… I apologize if I was a bit 'like this' with the barmaids, but it was for a good cause

18/10/2025: My daughter's eighteenth birthday party booked for 25 people. The menu, drinks, and buffet were set. A toast at the cake cutting was a total disappointment. The buffet was so poor that more than half of the agreed-upon portion was missing. At one point, they couldn't find the cake I'd delivered that morning, but let's forget about this mix-up. We had to ask for everything because the staff wasn't aware of all the details set for the buffet. For two bottles of water, I waited I don't know how long. The staff was awful, rude, and annoyed. As I said, when it came time to cut the cake, they forgot the bottles paid for the toast, and they couldn't find the cake delivered that morning. Basically, I paid for half of the agreed-upon food. The service was terrible, and I'll stop here because I could go. Oh, I forgot about the two bottles for the toast that didn't happen. They refunded me the day after we complained. Half of the buffet was missing, and who knows what happened to it. In conclusion, I paid for a buffet for 25 people, but we got less than half the service and what was agreed upon. Never again.
