28/10/2025: I should point out that I've always paid for cigarettes in cash, precisely because I understand the fees associated with card payments. Today, however, I only had my card with me, and I politely asked if I could use it. The lady, already annoyed by the request and with a decidedly rude tone, got confused about how to use the POS: she canceled the transaction twice, without even giving me the option to choose the payment method. The terminal seemed blocked or disabled, but instead of explaining the situation, she reacted rudely, took my cigarettes away, and didn't even offer to try the other available POS terminal. I still intended to pay for them, but since I was treated with arrogance and rudeness, perhaps it was better this way. They could have simply stated from the beginning that they didn't accept cards. Truly rude and unprofessional behavior. After this experience, never again.

12/07/2025: The only place in Como where you can enjoy excellent roasted chestnuts... excellent in the summer.

13/09/2025: We had a very simple lunch. The service was friendly. We couldn't decipher the digital numbers across from the bar.
