18/10/2025: A fairly simple pizzeria restaurant, starting with the very '80s-inspired decor and the service, while not excellent but still courteous, is also a good choice. The pizza is good and the prices are reasonable. We didn't have the chance to try the food. For an unpretentious dinner, it's more than adequate.

19/10/2025: After trying two nearby places for dinner, we settled on this restaurant; I'd already had my eye on it! Excellent service with wonderful fennel liqueur, definitely worth a try. We weren't thrilled with the food (two starters and dessert), and I don't think we'll be back. Overall, I recommend it because the prices were great and the service impeccable.

19/11/2025: I often go to Salamensa for breakfast, and over the past few months, I have to admit that my experience has become increasingly disappointing. The format is different from the typical cafeteria: it's a self-service cafeteria, so there's a high turnover of customers. For this very reason, however, I expect greater attention to cleanliness. I often find dirty tables and floors covered in crumbs, sugar, and other debris, with no one consistently cleaning up. Considering that the prices are the same as traditional table service, I'd expect at least an equivalent level of care. Another critical point for me is the wait: on average, it takes at least 20 minutes to line up just to get a tray and sit down. There are more people serving—someone handling the pastries, some at the cash register, some overseeing the savory portion—but in the cafeteria, where the slowest work takes place (coffee, cappuccino, latte, etc.), there's almost always only one person. With a long line, this inevitably slows everything down. Furthermore, the coffee machine is quite dated: today, there are much faster and more efficient solutions without compromising quality. When Cristina is there, the situation improves significantly, but I still think that a place of this caliber deserves more careful management of flow and service. I'm surprised that Mino, whom I consider an expert in the field, doesn't grasp these aspects: it would be enough to visit the place during peak hours, observe and listen to customers queuing or seated. Lately, it also seems to me that the quality of the pastries and drinks has changed a bit: perhaps it's simply my palate, but I perceive a less convincing taste than in the past. 03/11/2025: Pan di Via is one of my favorite places for breakfast or a quick snack. The staff is always smiling, friendly, and quick, making you feel immediately at ease. The food is excellent: fresh ingredients, truly high-quality bread and pastries, and you can see the attention to every detail. The atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and clean, perfect for both socializing and relaxing. The prices are also fair for what they offer. The only downside is that it's often crowded and noisy, but that's a sign that the place is popular! Highly recommended for a tasty snack.

03/11/2025: Terrible experience, ordered a Rose cake, inedible. It was delivered already sealed, and if I had seen it was burnt, I would have left it immediately! I contacted the business to report it, even though I was told they would contact the owner and call me back... nothing!! Sorry, Simona... they contacted me saying they were sorry, but they didn't offer to pick up a good one, so I actually paid for it. 🤦‍♀️

For example, yesterday my wife ordered over the phone, and perhaps there was a misunderstanding. The fact is, one of the pizzas was wrong, and we really appreciated that. After calling them, they brought a correct one right away, without charging a cent. It's not a given, and it's truly an added value that deserves a 5-star rating. Keep up the good work👏👏

07/09/2025: For me, it remains the number one pizza. There are no rivals. Its pizzas are delicious, tasty, and fragrant. All the others, for me, don't exist.

06/09/2025: We've been in the area for a short time, and we've been getting pizza here ever since we tried it for the first time. The dough is light, with a variety of choices, and they especially take care of intolerances (gluten and lactose). The pizza chef is kind and friendly. Top.
