22/02/2026: I stayed this weekend at the end of February, taking advantage of the gorgeous weather for hiking and taking advantage of a Smartbox worth €60. I'm writing this review because I don't understand the frustrated people complaining about the €20 supplement per person: just do the math and you'll see that a property like this charges at least €80-90 per night for the overnight stay alone. I think it's pretty pointless to argue about the supplement, especially since otherwise, instead of giving them away, you could just buy Smartboxes for yourself instead of booking on Booking.com or other portals. We were offered an additional €66 per couple for a full dinner and breakfast, but we had already made other plans for the weekend and didn't take advantage of it. The menu, the photos, and the aromas were very inviting, however, and the fact that the room was almost full for both dinner and breakfast confirms this, thanks in part to the central location in Selvino, halfway along the main street.

26/11/2025: Beautiful place, very spacious, large room. Clean and clean bathrooms. Different dancing evenings and worth seeing. I have been going there for almost 20 years.

26/10/2025: Very nice and spacious venue, but lately they've been singing over the singer, out of tune, and they can't hear the rhythm anymore, so it's hard to dance in time. Can't they stop them singing and talking into the microphone? They make a really annoying racket. The venue is for dancing, not singing!!

04/10/2025: After three idiot employees set fire to the place while we were inside, a month later we decided to go back to this place on a Saturday night to do something different, on the internet it says open and instead going there we find closed, well I have no words

06/11/2025: I stopped for a quick coffee and a croissant. The courtesy of the girl at the counter was something that should be explained and shown to many who work in this sector. The coffee is very good, and I won't comment on the croissant because it was 3:30 pm, so I won't judge. Thanks again for the girl's kindness and politeness.

21/02/2026: I've never seen a takeout pizzeria so punctual. They're spot on, and their monthly specials are always delicious. I've worked in a pizzeria and know what that means; they're very well organized. Everything is great!

15/12/2025: Beautiful location with a dream park. Excellent service. My partner and I had a vegan/vegetarian dinner and everything was truly delicious. Chef Tommaso is excellent, he knows how to manage customers and cooks to perfection. Highly recommended.

17/01/2026: I paid €8.70 for a piadina (basically 18,000 lire, Prime Ministerial Decree!), only to find it dry, hard to chew, and almost completely empty. Nonexistent toppings, ghost mayonnaise, zero flavor. For that price, at least fill it properly. A disappointing and frankly shameful experience. We won't be back.

10/04/2026: I am amazed that a restaurant of such importance has such inefficient service, such a long wait for a plate of food and then the house is in a unique mess, but seen in a restaurant, in conclusion, terrible service!!!
