I stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance while passing by, and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. Being a very picky eater, I particularly appreciated the dough, which I found excellent in terms of its lightness and consistency. The high quality of the ingredients, starting with the tomato and mozzarella, is clearly noticeable on the palate. The experience is complemented by a welcoming atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff. The corner dedicated to the sale of excellent Italian products, selected with evident care, is also very interesting. An experience definitely worth repeating, congratulations.

Henri's pizza is incredible, with top-quality ingredients, meticulous attention to detail, and research into the dough and ingredients. You can taste the passion in every detail. The small shop with excellent food, merchandise, and events in collaboration with local businesses is also lovely. Definitely worth a try!
