07/06/2025: Poteva essere un ristorante nella media ma : Ho preso un filetto al sangue , la qualità della carne non era un granchè infatti aveva molte nervature di grasso e tessuto connettivo, quasi sembrava un controfiletto … In ogni caso a mio avviso il filetto era troppo cotto risultava stopposo ed asciutto , poi ho scoperto che al carroponte cuociono prima il filetto alla piastra poi lo tagliano in 2 e lo mettono in forno, praticamente lo ammazzano 2 volte! La cosa che infastidisce di più è l’incapacità del titolare di accettare il disappunto di un cliente, ci sono piatti che sono come la cartina di tornasole se li metti in menù visto che non hanno fronzoli , devi saperli fare, è l’unica difficoltà dei piatti semplici. Purtroppo a oggi i ristoratori continuano a far salire i prezzi anche quando mancano le basi per farlo, parliamo di un filetto al sangue! Gli altri piatti erano nella media anche se ormai tutti si sono fatti prendere troppo la mano con la cottura a bassa temperatura, privilegiando la semplicità di gestione della cucina a quello che è il risultato. I tavoli sono piccoli e tutti molto vicini…. 129 euro 4 piatti e un bicchiere di vino in 2 persone. A mio avviso il titolare dovrebbe manovrare il carroponte e non parlare di cucina perchè non ha le basi, forse può farlo sui vini visto che li vige la regola del palato e di “regole non ce ne sono molte”. La carta dei vini è molto fornita forse circondato da tutto quel vino pensa che il resto del risultato arrivi in modo scontato.

29/05/2025: Unfortunately, everything has changed for the worse. The menu is completely different, with very little variety and exaggeratedly high prices for what is offered. I came in the evening expecting a better experience, instead I found uninterested staff, no smile or welcome. I immediately asked to change tables because the sun was beating down on me and it was very hot. After insisting and asking another girl, they changed my seat huffing, as if it were a disturbance. A real shame, it was one of my favorite places, but I don't think I'll be back.

04/05/2025: A cena durante il ponte del primo maggio, prenotando si riesce ad accomodarsi direttamente sul giardinetto vista lago. Antipasto offerto dalla casa (moscardini in umido con polenta), un antipasto di lago in due, pacchetti con aragostelle e un misto pesce di lago (trota, salmerino e coregone), tutto molto buono. Due calici di bianco appena aperti davanti a noi, acqua, caffè e due ammazzacaffè offerti a fine cena. Avevano fatto confusione con la nostra comanda servendo il tavolo dietro al nostro con i nostri piatti, ma hanno rimediato abbastanza celermente. Conto alla fine ok. Se dai tavoli vicini iniziano a lanciare il pane agli uccelli acquatici che passano di lì, entro breve arrivano metà degli anatidi residenti a Sarnico; tuttavia pare che per i turisti di ogni età il divertimento faccia parte della cena.
