07/04/2025: Agriturismo molto bello in un contesto decisamente piacevole. Locale curato e servizio puntuale e veloce nonostante il locale fosse pieno. Piatti della tradizione bergamasca con casoncelli di ottima fattura e polenta con brasato di qualità. Prezzo super onesto. Unica pecca la rumorosità della sala.

23/06/2025: I ordered a non-alcoholic aperitif specifying that, if they had used fruit bases, I would have preferred to avoid citrus and red fruits. I received a fruit juice which, more and more often, is served instead of aperitifs, but they are two completely different things (I can't digest fruit). Not a decoration, not a single ice cube (all served outside where it was 34 degrees). To accompany it, a tray with obvious leftovers from midday: three pieces of cold potatoes, three pieces of pumpkin, thinly sliced ​​red beetroot placed on a centimeter of focaccia (a typical vegetable they use in the restaurant to serve their roast beef for lunch). Oh well... but above all three cubes of watermelon obviously cut a long time ago (you can tell when the fruit is taken out of the fridge and reused). I PAID 11 euros FOR A PSEUDO APERITIF. Who knows if they had put three ice cubes in it... After this experience I will never return to Rio bar. I felt really taken for a ride

06/04/2025: It's a shame to have to write this negative review for a restaurant where we often come to eat for the quality of the food and the service. But this time they really got it all wrong. We arrived at 1pm, the time we had booked. After about half an hour of waiting they finally come to take our orders: they tell us that some dishes on the list are not available, coincidentally the ones that a couple of us had chosen. As an alternative they offer dishes off the menu: a questionable choice. It would be better to avoid making dishes off the list, and instead try to guarantee the availability of those on the list that customers choose to order. It's not pleasant to be told, half an hour after you've chosen, that what you want to order is not available. So two of us change and order baccalà alla vicentina with polenta. After another long wait the first orders finally arrive at the table. After eating the appetizers, another interminable wait of about half an hour. The second courses arrive and the waitress tells us that the polenta is finished and so with the baccalà alla vicentina they offer polenta taragna or mashed potatoes as an alternative. Pairings that are disconcerting to say the least. They could have at least warned us beforehand, not when they brought the dish. We decided to skip the cod and not order anything else to avoid another half hour or more of waiting. Also because the cod had already been a fallback compared to the initial choice. In a haughty manner they told us that they could have chosen an appetizer: those were already ready. All this without the owners even coming to apologize. A fall in style. 09/07/2025: I went to this store to sell some used books, placing them on the counter as requested. However, without even opening a single one, I was told they wouldn't take anything back. The books had no imperfections whatsoever. A disappointing and unprofessional experience. I went to another store, and they took them back without hesitation.

28/06/2025: Table for 12 people. There were very few people, but the pizzas (good, but a little too burnt in some places!). They arrived after a long wait, or even arrived so late that they had to be put in the box to take them home. The staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, so we asked for a limoncello, but not appreciating it, I asked for an amaro but was answered with a dry "there isn't any." There must be other ways otherwise customers will not come back. Greetings.
