Historic restaurant of the highest level for the quality of its products and cuisine

A pleasant restaurant in the heart of Romano di Lombardia. A very clean and well-maintained location in the Bergamo province. I expected more traditional cuisine, but the food was good and plentiful. The wine list was definitely spot-on and appropriate for the setting. The service was extremely friendly and courteous, but the menu presentation could use some work. Although the exterior is extremely charming, the interior didn't quite live up to my expectations. It felt a bit too retro! I'd definitely go back!

Sunday lunch after a horseback ride. Recommended by a local couple. Very home-cooked food, with vegan options available upon request, like my mushroom linguine. Everyone was really friendly. The waiters were always helpful. If I ever get the chance again, I'll stop here again.
