08/03/2026: I called in the morning and they told me to call later. I called later several times and nothing. When we got there, it seemed like a war to see who would get a table first. We sat down and found conflicting menus with different price ranges but the same dishes. After an hour, we managed to have a Sunday lunch amidst swearing and sleazy jokes from the next table. It was anything but warm and welcoming. We waited another quarter of an hour just to pay amidst the crowd blocking the entrance, and we found ourselves with a bill of 75 euros for two paltry first courses, rabbit and polenta for two, and wine that undoubtedly tasted like tavernello. I think something needs to be reworked. It's a shame, I had high expectations. 🤷🏼‍♂️

08/03/2026: It's been several years since I've been back to this restaurant. The place has changed significantly, with much more seating than I remembered. Place Cute, simple decor, divided into two areas: one downstairs and one upstairs. Staff Not very attentive to the customers, a bit hasty in clearing the dishes. Then, once the main course was finished, the dishes were taken away, and no one was seen, so we called ourselves. Dishes - Casoncelli alla bergamasca, neither praise nor infamy, good portion, rating: 6 - Pizzoccheri, good, but very few, perhaps confused with an all-inclusive menu where the portions are known to be minimal. Rating: 2 for the meager portion. - Roe deer morsels, good flavor, but really tough meat, full of fat and sinew, far from what I eat in Tuscany. Rating: 3 - Good shank, excellent size, truly excellently cooked. Rating: 8 - Cutlet with fries was average. Rating: 6 - Single dish with salami and other ingredients, I think it was good; I didn't hear any complaints. Rating: 6 - Polenta taragna with cheeses, a real disappointment in a restaurant that calls itself the home of taragna. I expected proper polenta, not polentino, which was far from being called taragna. Rating: 1 - Panna cotta was average Drinks Water and house white wine. Coffee Service When we ordered the first course, the waiters were a bit sniffy because we didn't order the second course at the same time. Another thing I didn't like was that the dishes arrived in bowls to be shared at the table. The waitress said, "I don't know why." Bill For the quality and quantity of food we ate, I think the bill was really high. We paid €260, about €33 per person. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll return to this restaurant. 27/10/2025: Nice place! The burger wasn't quite to my liking! The bread was a bit dry! The burger wasn't very filling overall! The flavors were just adequate. The fries were out of the ordinary, unusual, and good, but not as good as the classic ones! I wouldn't go back for dinner for a burger.

17/02/2026: I had my best pizza in this restaurant. Very thin, cheesy, perfectly baked & a good one. Wine selections are good, almost full during the weekday dinner time. You can see the freshly baked pizza preparations from your table, and it’s Tasty for sure.

25/01/2026: I had dinner yesterday with a friend; we're from the area. Unfortunately, I'd never been there before, and it was a delightful discovery. Highly recommended, great products. If you like first courses, I recommend the tagliatelle with sheep's meat ragù. Really, really good, and the cheese tasting.

16/03/2026: We ordered almost everything from appetizers to desserts: polenta with porcini mushrooms, which weren't really porcini mushrooms, mediocre and doughy casoncelli. As for appetizers, the cheeses and some cured meats were very good, but the strudel was less so, as it seemed like a failed culinary experiment. The main courses were better: excellent braised beef. The desserts were very good, the Colomba cake especially. The quality/price ratio wasn't the best, especially regarding the wine and prosecco list. This is a tourist-oriented place.

16/01/2026: I went there in the evening, on the recommendation of a friend. The place is truly welcoming. Small, well-kept, suitable for quiet evenings. The staff is very kind and polite. The menu offers a choice of excellent dishes. Tradition and quality come first. The portions are adequate and the price is reasonable. Recommended. I will return to try other specialties.
