11/04/2025: we booked 2 rooms on their own website, that got cancelled two weeks before our stay. This cannot be how you run an hotel. Never again !

13/07/2025: Ho ordinato via whatsapp un buon numero di hamburger da asporto per una cena con amici. Gli hamburger sono ottimi, più che discrete le patatine, buoni i fagioli cubani. Il confezionamento riporta il contenuto e rende più facile la distribuzione. Il servizio è puntuale e preciso. Mi sono recato all'ora indicata per il ritiro ed ho atteso solo qualche minuto. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio. La location è in riva al lago di Endine, L'entrata dalla statale è un po' nascosta.

25/06/2025: Frontelago con parcheggio sterrato privato disponibile. Ambiente informale con tavoli all’aperto o dentro veranda. Il menù offre un’ampia scelta di panini di svariate tipologie veramente per tutti i palati. Noi ne abbiamo provati un paio con carne di manzo in versione BIG (200 grammi con patatine fritte comprese) a euro 14,00 cadauno, accompagnandoli con una Coca-Cola da litro in bottiglia di vetro a euro 8,00. Molto gustosi gli abbinamenti. Qualità della carne così-così. Servizio buono. Prezzi, rispetto a quanto offerto, non proprio economici.

30/09/2025: Excellent value for money, including pizza delivery and drinks, everything was excellent. Highly recommended, especially for lunch. Quick and friendly.

05/09/2025: Terrible experience; the agreements made over the phone were not respected. The owner was rude.

16/08/2025: Overall, the food was adequate, with friendly and courteous table service. It's a shame the braised beef was inedible because it was very dry and tough. Despite giving us a small discount, the chef's attitude was less than positive.

24/06/2025: the bar experience was counting the fact that the very exotic the cashier doesn't know how to make a coffee and keeps complaining that she would rather go home and play valorant. If you are in the area and looking for an authentic bar, with great coffee and impeccable service, I will definitely be back!

27/10/2025: COUPLE WITH DOG We really appreciated the attention paid to our dog, and for a small fee (€20), we received a pet kit (a dog bed, toy, and dog poop bags).

15/10/2025: A hotel with a lovely view, but it's really dated. I'd recommend an exterior and interior renovation. Peeling walls, mold, and old furnishings. The breakfast buffet was almost empty; by 9:00 a.m., everything was gone. It's certainly not a 4-star hotel; 2 stars are sufficient. I only stayed one night over the weekend. I wouldn't recommend it.

30/10/2025: As for the aesthetics of the place, nothing to complain about. As for the service, let's forget it... an empty bar, a 25-minute wait sitting outside for a simple breakfast; rude and unfriendly staff. A more careful selection of staff wouldn't be a bad thing.

29/10/2025: I wanted to thank Valbona who works at this pastry shop from the bottom of my heart. I needed this cake for the evening of the same day I asked. I ordered at 9am and it was ready at 1pm. 100% availability, delicious cake, and I thank her for the excellent work done in such a short time.

05/08/2025: It remains one of the best views in Bergamo, but since the California Bakery chain took over, the food has unfortunately been practically frozen, the service slow and indifferent, and it's also expensive. It's fine for a coffee.

15/07/2025: A bar that, given its location and ambiance, has potential for 100, but hasn't been exploited to the fullest. Mediocre service, with few smiles from the staff, as if the customers were bothering you. Planters with dead plants and vases full of cigarette butts. Clean bathroom, but the paper dispenser is broken and messy. Prices aren't exactly cheap, even for just an aperitif, and the selection isn't great. Bottom line: a place with a magnificent view, but one that, compared to the wide selection available in the upper town, doesn't really stand out!

31/08/2025: We returned after many years, as a fallback because the nearby place we had in mind was packed... The outcome was the same as in the past, mostly the line... the gelato wasn't good, probably due to the lack of traffic, the Spritz could be improved, the service could be improved (5:15 PM... don't we serve appetizers before 5 PM?) or, "I don't know if we have mint." There's considerable room for improvement, especially since the location (aside from the mosquitoes, which the management could address...) is beautiful.

16/07/2025: Quick stop for a coffee and a sandwich. There's an indoor and outdoor smoking area. Fair prices.

23/10/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff. Located in the center of the old town.

23/10/2025: Avoid! Prices are completely out of line. Service is unspeakable. Customers are treated like cash machines. Aside from the decent croissants, the coffee is beyond mediocre. It's a shame the prices are so high, as if we were in the center of Milan... in Treviglio there are much more trendy places with better products. Goodbye.

11/06/2025: Good pizza, but it is not possible to order pizza without tomato (white) three times in a row, and every time finding it with tomato there could be allergic people!!! PS the order was written right...

09/06/2025: No, I'm sorry but we're not there....I didn't see a single menu, the waitress offered us a sort of business lunch that I had declined when booking...20 euros each, even a little girl....80 euros really badly spent... I absolutely don't recommend it.. It's a shame to give terrible reviews but you have to face reality.

18/05/2025: I went to eat on a Sunday at noon with my husband and daughter; the girl who served us was very nice and polite but with the cooking times we just didn't have it. We had to wait 40 minutes to eat a plate of pasta and two fresh and simple dishes to cook.

19/04/2025: No live music. 4€ pp for service charge! Insane! We two paid 8 euros just for service. Their machine was not working. Had to bank transfer money. Please think before visiting this place. Waitress spoke no english making everything even more difficult.

06/04/2025: Terrible organisation.. stealing prices.. food including pizza, 4 stir-fries..excellent band...everything else.. FAILED...I recommend another place...

04/10/2025: A quality restaurant, clean, and always sanitized. It's great to have such welcoming, kind, and smiling staff. We didn't have to wait long when we sat down. The food is fantastic! Every time I bring someone, they thank me because they're happy 😃 to have discovered such a wonderful place. You're great, keep it up 💖💖💖💖💖💖

24/08/2025: Terrible... this adjective could suffice, but to be precise: They're not answering the phone to reserve tables. We arrive and find ourselves a table to sit at. For the first 15 minutes, no one is in sight, even though I tried to make myself noticed by getting up to look for the menus. 10 minutes later, I get up to go to the counter to get the menus. 20 minutes later, no waiter has arrived. All that was missing was for us to take the order and go cook ourselves... **Cockroach** climbs onto the table (also looking for food), the last straw... they're all gone... I don't think they noticed we'd arrived, much less left.

29/08/2025: I was really disappointed with this sushi. The quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired: the fish wasn't fresh, had an unpleasant flavor, and a texture that immediately gave the impression of having been left in the refrigerator for too long. The rice was also poorly cooked, dry, and flavorless, completely ruining the experience. The portions were small and poorly presented, far from what you'd expect when choosing sushi. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place: for what it offers, the quality is truly insufficient.

03/08/2025: I go to this sushi restaurant quite often. I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the food: fresh, well-prepared sushi, with some interesting options beyond the classics. The real highlight, however, was the service: the staff was truly kind, welcoming, and always attentive, which makes all the difference. The only downside is the ambiance: the location inside a shopping mall takes away a bit of atmosphere and intimacy, but if you're looking for good sushi without too much fuss, it's a more than valid choice.
