Everything was very good, but the management was not very friendly and very rigid about the timetables.

I had lunch here last Saturday. The place is spartan, as is appropriate for a trattoria, but the outdoor setting is quiet and truly enjoyable. I had some ups and downs regarding the food. I wasn't convinced by the second serving of pasta dishes: the casoncelli, despite being handmade, looked sloppy; furthermore, what were supposed to be venison garganelli were actually busiate. On the contrary, the beef stew with polenta was truly excellent and well-spiced. The desserts were also good. Overall, it's a pleasant place for its location, but the quality of the pasta dishes definitely needs updating.

All the dishes were highly appreciated: both the tagliolini with ragù and the handmade casoncelli, as well as the rabbit with polenta and sweet and sour onions, the stew, and the polenta with cheese or mushrooms. The chocolate and pear cake, ordered especially for the birthday, was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and the service attentive. The atmosphere was very welcoming. And after dinner, relaxing in the shade of the garden was truly enjoyable, with a cool breeze that contrasted with the 40-degree temperatures of Italian cities.
