07/08/2024: Had a nice meal in a local pizza place in Moderno. Very friendly waitress and delicious food. Pizzas were great and the coffee and cheesecake were also very tasty. The highlight was the spaghetti seafood. That was a real experience. Price was very acceptable. All in all recommended

06/08/2024: Everything was perfect! The bruschetta, the pizzas, the creme brulee! Lovely little walk from the city center with some nice architecture on the way as well. SUPER friendly team working there as well! Would love to come back if we are in the area!

12/04/2024: Pranzo spesso in pausa pranzo da Vegetamente, i ragazzi sono gentilissimi, disponibili oltre che simpatici. Ho provato vari piatti e ho trovato sempre tutto molto buono. Personale attento alle esigenze del cliente e ingredienti di qualità..continuate così :-)

13/07/2024: Esperienza indimenticabile. Servizio impeccabile, attento e super preparato. La brigata, il personale di sala e lo chef sono tutti giovanissimi ma sembra che lavorino nel campo da sempre. Ogni piatto è un opera d'arte presentata alla regola e con eleganza. Le prozioni sono a mio avviso abbondanti nonostante si tratti di un ristorante stellato: con il menù a 2 portate non siamo cmq riusciti ad arrivare al dolce (il che ci imporrà di ritornare). L'ambiente è curato, fresco e giovanile. Prezzo in linea con le materie prime utilizzate e con il servizio offerto. Complimenti a tutti ragazzi! Splendido lavoro! Grazie per la splendida serata. Assolutamente consigliato.

14/08/2024: In pieno agosto telefono alle 8 per sapere se aperto ma c'è tutto pieno ma mi promettono che un posto me lo trovano e così è. Servizio sorridente e molto efficiente, la qualità del cibo proposto è idonea a quanto pagato . Cucina valtellinese al top . bravi

29/08/2024: We arrived around 1:00 p.m. this Wednesday, August 27. There were only 3 or 4 tables free on a beautiful terrace. A lady (the owner?) told us that these 3 or 4 tables were reserved but that there was a place on a barrel with large stools (not comfortable because no file) We ordered a pasta tasting menu for my daughter and trout fillets for my wife. The first course as well as the pasta and fish arrived quickly. The pasta was good (a little too much butter) the fish well cooked but lacked spices. ( Shame) I waited for my second (gnocchi) for more than thirty minutes. (They were overcooked. The tomato sauce was good.) I still waited a long time for my rabbit salad (little taste except for the raw vegetables that were part of it.) I noticed that the staff were very attentive to the tables around us and that they tended to ignore us. The 3 or 4 tables were not reserved. They were still free when we left... When it was time to pay I wanted to make some comments to the person collecting. He replied: Iam sory... The logo: slow food (I am part of the association) appears everywhere in the restaurant. It's not enough to have a beautiful logo. It must be applied… and not just for cooking. I come to Bra from time to time but will not set foot in this restaurant again. I trust associations like Slow Food to promote a “certain way of life” and not just for locals.

09/06/2024: I would like to know a little more about this restaurant, it also had places where they made passito, which would be the famous wine, there were legends, I'm passionate about it, a unique place when I could go, the family who lived there during the war, man and a woman with 4 children, when they left the house the father died at 40 years old, the daughter was burned but managed to save herself by receiving treatment in Switzerland, she was hospitalized for two years, now the family is all dead, while the daughter burned herself. she is still alive, and at almost 90 years of age and seeing the restaurant and her room where she slept she started to cry, I spoke to her she told me that it is a beautiful restaurant and it has been completely restored keeping everything as if time had not changed, I owe it to her Going to that restaurant contains the history of Negri Sforzat wine, a very fine wine, we hope that the stories, including that of the Negri entrepreneur, who helped many families in wartime, will be remembered

12/08/2024: We came for a couple's dinner. The location is very beautiful, as well as the food was very good. Unfortunately, it was the service that lowered the rating so much. Before dinner I informed the waiters about my allergy to nuts. They brought us the dishes with the bread attached, and I started eating it until my companion, eating a piece, he realized that there were walnuts inside. I pretty much panicked, afraid that I'd eaten it too. I reported this to the waitress who replied that she had accidentally forgotten to bring me bread separately for me. I understand the possible distraction, but I believe that attention to a customer's allergies is fundamental. Fortunately that evening I bit into the bread without nuts, among other breads with and without, but mistakes like this can really end up someone in an ambulance, I'm grateful that it didn't happen to me that evening. In addition to this, we found the cost of the service (5 euros) and a small barley coffee (4 euros) excessive. Really a shame.

02/08/2024: We were shocked by the violence of the manager who kicked us out of the restaurant just because we told him we wanted to eat a quick dish, directing us to a pizzeria. Knowing how to relate to others, an increasingly rare quality for which one must know how to balance ingredients such as humanity, courtesy, above all intelligence... which, completely absent here, have given way to vanity. How sad.
