14/07/2025: I often go to Altra Taverna and always have a great time: it's one of those places where the welcome makes you feel at home. The restaurant has a pleasant and convivial atmosphere, with intimate interior rooms and a terrace overlooking a beautiful park, perfect for summer evenings. The pizza is the star: well-leavened Neapolitan dough, a soft and flavorful crust, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. The selection is wide: from classics (like Margherita and Marinara) to delicious ones with a ricotta-filled crust or extra ingredients like sausage, broccoli rabe, buffalo mozzarella, and zucchini flowers. Also try the appetizers: montanarine, fried gnocco with Parma ham, and stuffed zucchini flowers—all light and delicious fried.

07/07/2025: We went for dinner on Saturday night and were really impressed by the excellence of this pizzeria. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism and warmth. A special applause goes to the waiter who served us, whose attention to the customer made our evening even more enjoyable. He was able to advise us with mastery, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the menu and a genuine willingness to satisfy our every need. His impeccable and discreet service helped create a truly special atmosphere. But let's get to the food: a real delight! The pizzas were nothing short of exquisite, the result of careful research and a selection of the highest quality ingredients. Each bite was an explosion of flavors, demonstrating a cuisine that aims for excellence and refinement. You can clearly perceive the care and passion in the choice of raw materials, which elevate the pizza to a higher level. Furthermore, the wine list is excellent, with well-selected labels that pair perfectly with the culinary proposals, further enriching the gastronomic experience. In short, this pizzeria is not just a place to eat an excellent pizza, but a true temple of taste where the high quality of the products marries perfectly with impeccable service and attention to the customer that makes the difference. We will definitely return and recommend it to all our friends!

09/07/2025: Excellent sushi, Chinese, and fusion restaurant in Gallarate. We usually have an all-you-can-eat menu, but you can also order à la carte. The place is also very charming, and the owners are incredibly kind and friendly!

06/06/2025: Second time in this “restaurant not restaurant” and I witnessed two different sensory experiences! The first one (Ayahuasca) I can only give a 10 with honors: stimulation of the 5 senses and umami far beyond what can be described to the point that during the end of the experience through the sweet and a voice in the background I got emotional and cried. Second experience (Artificial stupidity) slightly less positive as I did not have the same emotions: perceived more as a discovery and an experience related to food: but still my vote is 8 1/2 I can only say that once in a lifetime you have to try certain experiences: I remain more and more intrigued by what can come out of the head of the “chef” Federico and I wait enthusiastically to live another experience

29/05/2025: Special evening at Sensorium. Very difficult to convey the sensations and emotions that this experience gives. It must be experienced, period. Nothing traditional, usual, known. Here they "invent" the ingredients that are NOT used. Behind the final result there is an accurate and deep study of food chemistry, gastronomic history and excellent productions. The making of some dishes, above all "clams with spaghetti" and the "fake miso anchovy", is obsessive and very demanding with amazing results. If you want to go back to something more "traditional" there is the monkfish with anduia and black lemon which in my opinion is amazing!! The environment is minimal but very convivial. Very engaging and never banal musical compilation, lights, scents, the cell phone to call the AI, the "screw it" dessert to compose.... and the final bread and ham are unforgettable. The owner and chef Federico Rottigni accompanied by the very kind Lara are a source of interesting news and anecdotes that make the evening very pleasant. The service is impeccable, as is the alcoholic pairing that allows you to appreciate absolutely amazing "liquids". Well done, well done!!!

22/06/2025: We were in this tavern where we had booked outside but then, unfortunately due to the rain, we dined inside! We had a great time both for the food and for the friendliness of all the staff. Prices in line, excellent food, we will return for an outdoor dinner. On the way out we exchanged a few words with the chef and we understood how much passion there is behind a preparation, we saw the enthusiasm that allows you to do your job well. Really good! 👏

01/07/2025: We ate dishes that were not only delicious, but also beautiful to look at and cooked to perfection. I recommend arriving early, around noon, because the service is much faster before peak hours. After 1 pm the place fills up a lot (and it's no surprise!). The staff is great, kind and very organized. The environment is really suitable for everyone: families with children, groups of friends, people with disabilities. The spaces are large, all without steps, perfectly accessible and comfortable. And then... the outside is a paradise! Beautiful in every corner. There is a playground perfect for children, you can see some animals, and the view is breathtaking. A place that combines good food, hospitality and nature. Highly recommended!

22/05/2025: Very nice and welcoming location even if the tables were too close together and there was little privacy between the diners. Good appetizers and consistent quality-price ratio. Second course of good quality (Tonco de pontesel) but decidedly excessive price (27 €) for a dish based on polenta as the main ingredient and a few 8/10 mignon morsels of rabbit/guinea fowl/capon with sauce. Very good strudel. Very polite waiters.

Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable when my internet wasn’t working and I couldn’t order since the menu was in italian 😭The girl and her mother who work there are so nice. Pasta was so delicious it melts as you try it. Also, the duck was well prepared and the carrot creme was great.
