"Il Ristorante" at Bulgari Hotel Milan In Milano

Bvlgari Milano is pure excellence. We would like to leave a special mention to the buttler team, they are outstanding! The entire hotel staff handled and oversaw what to took care of. It's a big yes to this 10 star hotel and staff.

I had the joy of visiting Bulgari Hotel Milano, and it was a remarkable experience. I want to express my gratitude to Mandana and Caterina for their assistance during our time at the hotel. They ensured we felt at home by being completely attentive to us the whole time.

Excellent hotel, staff, and amenities. I visited the cigar lounge for 3 consecutive days and loved it. They could benefit from a broader selection of cigars, but it was still enjoyable.

My husband and I stayed at Bvlgari Hotel Milano in May 2026 for our third visit, and it once again exceeded every expectation. Truly a 5-star experience in every way. The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and perfectly located in the heart of Milan while still feeling private and tucked away from the busy city. The rooms and suites are beautifully designed with luxurious finishes and incredible attention to detail. What keeps bringing us back, though, is the service. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay feel special and personalized. From the warm welcome at check-in to the concierge recommendations and overall hospitality, everything feels seamless and refined. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is sophisticated yet comfortable, and the garden area is one of our favorite places to relax after a day in the city. Every visit reminds us why this remains one of our favorite hotels in the world. Already looking forward to our fourth stay.
