09/04/2025: One of the best ice cream parlors in Brescia. I tried the pistachio one and the Catalan cream one. Both very good. The service is pleasant and attentive. Inside and outside there is some banquette to sit. I was there inside, where I was able to charge my mobile phone. Affordable prices and ideal location, in the center.

24/08/2025: For Sunday lunch, my wife, and daughter ate at this trattoria. We were very satisfied. The food is excellent, featuring traditional Brescian dishes. The portions are generous and prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients. The family atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Good value. This trattoria is ideal for those seeking an authentic experience.

17/08/2025: It would have been a wonderful day if it hadn't been ruined by the waiter/bartender's gratuitous rudeness. When working with the public, the first rule is politeness and kindness! This applies to both sides, as far as I'm concerned. This isn't always a given, given that there are also plenty of rude and impolite customers, and that's not my case, but I should probably start being so if I ever find myself in a similar situation again. If you can't ensure politeness and kindness, in a place like this, where people come specifically to spend a different, unforgettable day, an inability to be polite IS NOT acceptable! Everyone has their own problems, but there's no reason to be unnecessarily rude to people—or rather, CUSTOMERS—who come to drink at your place. Each person has their own characteristics, and to do this job, especially in your location, you also need to be polite, kind, and WELCOMING. If you can't guarantee this, reassign staff so that each can fill an appropriate role. As in this case, ensure that those who lack adequate communication skills to interact with the public are not able to perform other tasks to the best of their ability, thus avoiding unpleasant situations. It's a real shame that someone remembers what should have been a happy day, along with a hint of bitterness for the treatment they received for free.

11/08/2025: In the afternoon, I booked a table for 8:30 PM. At 8:00 PM, due to traffic, I realized I would be 10 minutes late. Instead of assuming the table was still available (as anyone would think), I took the time to call the restaurant immediately and let them know. Over the phone, the owner told me he would have to close the kitchen earlier than usual and asked us to arrive as soon as possible. No mention of a possible cancellation. We arrived at 8:40 PM. A staff member (not the person I spoke to) told us that "as communicated over the phone," the reservation had been canceled. I repeat: the possibility of cancellation was never mentioned over the phone. I asked to be seated anyway, since we were only 10 minutes late and would have ordered immediately. After a second refusal, we were asked to leave. Too bad, a few seconds later, an intercom clearly rang out that a table booked for 8:15 PM would be late. So delays are acceptable... but only for certain guests. When I asked why, the answer was made up on the spot: "They're hotel guests and will be eating inside," so they could clear the outside area more quickly. I leave, more offended by the blatant mockery than by anything else. Shortly afterward, I receive a text message: "The table is ready." I reply that they had just turned me away. They confirm and say that "they were trying to call me" and that there had been a misunderstanding. Another lie, given that the employee knew exactly what to say, even mentioning the call, so he had received precise instructions. The excuses vary each time: on the phone, the problem was the kitchen; in person, it was the closure of the outside tables. Disgraceful behavior, a total lack of respect and professionalism, the presumption of being able to mock people. And on a Saturday night, too, leaving us with no alternatives because everywhere else was already booked. Never again, and I advise anyone to avoid this place if they care about their evening. Given the management's untruthful response, I'm attaching proof that we arrived exactly at the time stated in the review.

26/07/2025: Mi trovo molto bene 3 vengo qui da tempo oramai, solitamente a cena. Pesce buono e dolci fatti in casa veramente squisiti. Il servizio è attendo. Unico appunto fastidioso quando sto ancora masticando e mi portano via il piatto. Va bene essere veloci ma senza esagerare.

07/09/2025: It's worth it just for breakfast: €2, cappuccino and croissant in the village are €6.40, even if the pastry shop is £6.00. It's cheaper than the nearby MC, but it takes at least 5 minutes to get a Cod Ada. For classic Italian dishes, Tigros. Underground parking is a nice feature.

04/07/2025: Cenamos aquí esta noche y ¡nos encantó! Pedimos trucha ahumada que se derretía en la boca y tenía un sabor delicioso. Los ravioles de mantequilla y salvia estaban deliciosos, ¡la pizza incluso estaba buena! Mi marido pidió el filete y dijo que era el mejor que había probado en Italia. ¡Deberíamos haber reservado para poder conseguir un asiento con vistas!

02/07/2025: Hoy fue un día de navegar en ferry por el lago. Por la tarde tomé un ferry a Menaggio. Es una ciudad bonita y en mi caminata desde el embarcadero paré a tomar una cerveza en Dal Tato (la cerveza también venía con un acompañamiento de crutones de pan con ajo, ¡delicioso!). Luego continué hacia la ciudad para explorar, ya que quería cenar antes de regresar a Bellagio (donde me estoy hospedando), así que decidí regresar a Dal Tato. El camarero que me atendió antes me reconoció y me dijo: “¿otra cerveza?” Sonreí y pregunté si estaban sirviendo comida. Ellos eran. En lugar de sentarme en un pequeño patio al costado del camino donde me senté antes, me llevaron adentro a un hermoso comedor con vista al lago. Comí ravioles rellenos de queso bitto y bresaola, en mantequilla, con salvia y amaretto desmenuzado. Totalmente deliciosos y los recomiendo.

08/04/2025: In my experience, excellent lunch break. Definitely worth trying are the risottos (e.g. lemon rosemary) and the roast rabbit with polenta. Update 4/2025: unfortunately the risottos have been removed from the menu. The casoncelli are excellent. Try the cakes, strictly "homemade".

25/05/2025: Wonderful little place! Top food and really friendly staff! I don't have photos of the dishes but everything was delicious. I ate punta ripiena with baked potatoes and polenta and my husband had casoncelli. In addition to being delicious, everything was digestible. I highly recommend it and I will return, but it's better to book first!

16/06/2025: Pranzo di domenica 15/06. Festa compleanno in 12 tutti strasoddisfatti della qualità del menù fisso (non c’è menù alla carta). Classica proposta Pavese ma qualitativamente sorprendente. Prezzo veramente ottimo e veramente tutto compreso anche vini in bottiglia di loro produzione “senza contare le bottiglie portate…” Tra l’altro ci hanno cambiato tavolo al volo per metterci in una sala dove c’era aria condizionata risolvendoci un problema sorto all’ultimo, veramente gentilissimi. Ambiente carinissimo tra tavoli esterni e interni in varie sale e salette, adatto a chiunque voglia condividere il convivio un po’ chiassoso ed allegro Tutto gestito in vero ambiente famigliare. 04/09/2025: Not far from the Modena hospital, a couple of kilometers from the city center, convenient parking. The restaurant offers Modena specialties. I've dined there more than once, so I'll mention more than one dish. The house wine is decent. The grilled meat is excellent and plentiful. The tigelle are good. The grilled chicken is well-cooked and flavorful. The fried gnocco needs a review, as it's a bit too greasy. The prices are reasonable.
