25/06/2025: Today we were at this restaurant for the first time and we opted for the "Menu of the Day" formula: at a cost of €17.50 per person, the menu includes a first course, a second course with side dish, service charge, water and 1/4 of wine. I had the meat dishes: Tortiglioni Sausage and broccoli and Saltimbocca alla romana with mashed potatoes; NonZio had the fish dishes: Farfalle with seafood ragù and Roasted octopus with spinach. We were both happy with the dishes they served us: they were well cooked and tasty. The bread basket was good and also included a small olive roll and a whole wheat one with sesame seeds. The warm focaccia with oil and oregano, offered as an entrée, was very welcome. Since the Menu of the Day formula also included wine, I chose a sparkling white, which was very pleasant (NonZio instead only had water because he had to drive...). To close the lunch, an inevitable macchiato coffee for both of us, which is not included in the menu, but is charged only 1 euro (while everywhere else now it costs 1.50 if not 2 euros). The only flaw we found, the very very slow service (or perhaps disorganized): as soon as we sat down as a couple they came to ask for the order but without having brought us the menu, once we had the menu we waited more than a quarter of an hour to order. After the first course (which arrived very slowly) we waited almost half an hour before the second course arrived, so much so that we were no longer even very hungry... Fortunately we were not in a hurry, but we entered at 12.45 and left at past 2... I hope it's a coincidence, because it's a nice place and the staff is numerous, but perhaps today it was a little disorganized. We will return to try other menus and also the pizza and hope to be able to correct the evaluation of the service. A question: can anyone tell me what the mega robot outside means?

19/07/2025: My boyfriend and I went for the first time on Friday evening and had a great time! The restaurant is very well-kept, with the option of sitting outside on a lovely veranda. The service is truly excellent, with great customer service and a very welcoming atmosphere. We chose the seafood tasting menu, which is discounted for the summer: the seafood was excellent! The menu consisted of three seafood courses, each one better than the last, plus dessert. We particularly enjoyed the Vicenza-style cod, served among the appetizers, and the first course. Everything was excellent at a truly reasonable price! I highly recommend it.

04/07/2025: Dinner with a friend. We chose to accept the tasting menu proposal, which was also on promotion for the summer period at a very inviting price (29€). Simple dishes, cooked in a simple way, as fish requires, so that you can appreciate the flavor and freshness. But above all so that you can appreciate the hand of a good chef, who manages to highlight the flavors in a balanced and tasty way. The service is punctual and courteous, and the family-type management is appreciated for its friendliness and cordiality. Another plus is the natural ventilation that is created in the outdoor area for outdoor dinner: despite the very high temperature yesterday, we had a really good time and were able to avoid locking ourselves inside with air conditioning. Definitely a place to return to and to recommend.

28/08/2025: Overhyped..Que outside, when seated the service was a bit rude, ordered two different pastas but got the same ones but couldn’t eat it because it was too too salty so seated hungry left hungry…

05/08/2025: If you're looking for a chic place where you can eat fantastic seafood, where you can spend a fun evening surrounded by lovely people, this is it!! Let's be clear... It costs money!! But the quality of the food, the service, the atmosphere, and the location are WORTH IT ALL!! It's not the kind of place you can go to every day, but a very different evening, every now and then, is what you need.

04/09/2025: I’ve been to Panificio Non Solo Pane in Desenzano del Garda many times and I don’t regret it—it’s a fantastic find! The staff is excellent—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to recommend favorites. Their focaccia and pizza slices are outstanding, especially the ones topped with artichoke; they’re crispy, flavorful, and baked fresh right there. Don’t miss the great meat counter either—everything from cured meats to fresh cuts looks top-notch and is all prepared in-house. Highly recommend for a quick, delicious bite!

05/08/2025: My experience was not positive. I had the fried calamari but unfortunately they were inedible, in fact they tasted of ammonia like my daughter's pasta with clams which was too flavoured with coriander with some clams that were squishy.

11/08/2025: Good location, very friendly staff, we felt comfortable! But the room was dated and unfortunately not thoroughly cleaned – I don't understand why, as this should be normal (see pictures), especially around the kettle and where you hang your towels. The air filter and air conditioning system also desperately need cleaning! Still, it was fine for us. It's just annoying because for this price, it really should be clean.

14/07/2025: Found out through a couple of friends. Truly fantastic place. Top hospitality. Very polite, patient, and always friendly staff. I had a medium lemon granita; it was really big, but I enjoyed every last bit. Congratulations... I'll be back soon to try other delicacies I noticed, like the cannoli.

28/08/2025: Terrible food, service wasn't great at all. Food was pre-cooked. Not very tourist friendly, abrupt. Wine was okay not bad not good, no alcoholic beer which I thought was strange but not exactly going to ruin my night. I ate and left never too return, I think there are places that deserve your money much more than this establishment

20/08/2025: We stumbled upon this restaurant in Argegno by pure chance, during a lunch by the lake about a year ago, and it was a wonderful discovery. The food was truly excellent: carefully crafted dishes, quality ingredients, and flavors that won us over from the first bite. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly. The ambiance, with its attention to detail, made the experience even more enjoyable. We absolutely recommend this place and will be returning to it very soon.
