31/07/2025: Questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa... camera pulita e spaziosa, sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa, come la sala della prima colazione. Colazione completa e abbondante per tutti i gusti, abbiamo solo cenato, e la cucina è veramente ottima, anche solo come ristorante merita la lode. Personale simpatico e professionale. Ampio parcheggio, portico esterno per passare, nel nostro caso, il dopocena. Spero la recensione sia utile per chi decide di passare per questo hotel/ristorante.

14/07/2025: On February 26, I book a table for July 17, my daughter's birthday. The restaurant confirms the booking. On July 14, I visit the website again to check the menu. It states in large letters, "We will be closed for vacation from July 15." No information from the restaurant, and no cancellation of my table. In response to my email asking whether this is true, I receive the following email: “Buonasera Sig. Schmidt, Le avrei scritto domani mattina. Purtroppo and lavori di manutenzione iniziano domani. Hanno anticipated. So no molto spiacente ma devo confermarle che giovedì not saremo agibili. Posso consult the ristorante Nineteen proprio dietro noi. There is a beautiful garden in a magnifico. My face was already open to the prenotation My opinion is that it is a cosa imprevista grace Aldo.” Why wasn't I informed earlier? Two days before a family celebration, I'm left without the table I reserved five months in advance... I have absolutely no understanding for this kind of business practice – it's indecent!

13/08/2025: A typical Brescian trattoria, very charming and charming. The staff isn't the friendliest. However, the traditional dishes are really good, though the grilled meats are a little less so... too thin and therefore overcooked for my taste.

15/06/2025: I stopped by this ice cream shop after a nice bike ride along the Serio river. I had a cup with 2 flavors (pink grapefruit and grape + strawberry): interesting flavors, even if the consistency seemed a bit too creamy, like fruit. The price, however, seemed high (€3.30 for the cup and €1.20 for a bottle of still water). What left me perplexed is that I was not given a receipt, neither for the ice cream nor for the water, even though I had waited. I was told that "everything was fine as it is" and was greeted. Paying without receiving a receipt is not correct, and it's a shame for those who always pay taxes. The place is on the road, it has 4 or 5 tables for two people outside right on the road side. There is no real parking: inside the ice cream shop it is indicated that, if the stop is short (for take-away), you can use the parking lot of the nearby brewery. The ice cream is quite good, but it can be improved in terms of location, price and above all transparency.

15/06/2025: Sono passato in questa gelateria dopo un bel giro in bici lungo il fiume Serio. Ho preso una coppetta da 2 gusti (pompelmo rosa e uva+fragola): sapori interessanti, anche se la consistenza mi è sembrata un po' troppo cremosa, tipo fruttolo. Il prezzo però mi è sembrato alto (3,30€ per la coppetta e 1,20€ per una bottiglietta d’acqua naturale). Quello che mi ha lasciato perplesso è che non mi è stato emesso lo scontrino, né per il gelato né per l’acqua, nonostante avessi atteso. Mi è stato detto che “era tutto a posto così” e sono stato salutato. Pagare senza ricevere lo scontrino non è corretto, e dispiace per chi le tasse le paga sempre. Il locale si trova sulla strada, ha 4 o 5 tavolini da due persone all'aperto proprio sul lato strada. Non c'è un parcheggio vero e proprio: all'interno della gelateria è indicato che, se la sosta è breve (per asporto), si può usare il parcheggio della birreria vicina. Il gelato è abbastanza buono, però è migliorabile per quanto riguarda la posizione, il prezzo e soprattutto la trasparenza.

16/08/2025: A lot of fuss about nothing. A restaurant that's clearly anti-family: we went here with our 10-month-old son, and not only do they not even have car seats (not even the worst fast food restaurant in the provinces has them!), but they even charged us a cover charge for the baby who didn't eat or drink ANYTHING! Average food, tasteless desserts (€8 for a pistachio-flavored cake that tasted like nothing!), extremely slow service, and very high prices. I absolutely don't recommend it! For this kind of price, you should be able to offer worthy service and food to match!

09/08/2025: I went with a friend to their Neapolitan cuisine evening. Having made a reservation, we expected there to be room. Upon arrival, the first surprise: there were no seats, only high tables, no stools, almost right at the streetside. We were there, we'd come a long way, luckily we had our shoulder bags. The evening included two drinks for €20 per person: octopus Luciana-style, Genovese, zizzania with tomatoes and oregano, and fried pizza. The waitress arrived and didn't ask us what drink we wanted, even though she'd put the list on the table, but she suggested white wine, sparkling wine, or still wine. Thinking we'd misunderstood, we opted for the bubbles, but the quality was unbeatable. The octopus (one mini octopus per person), zizzona (three cubes per person with three slices of cherry tomatoes and basil), and Genovese were served in finger-food portions. Then came the fried pizza, which was really good and small, like everything else. The waitress comes by and pours more wine; my friend's was actually empty, but she tops up mine with more than half the wine. We ask if we can have more fried pizza to go with the wine, but after half an hour we discover that's not possible. They bring us a second round of finger food, but without the zizzona, placing it on the table without us asking. We ask if we can have dessert; the waitress looks at us strangely and immediately points out that dessert isn't included in the €20 promotion, so who cares, we're out of pocket, so we pay the difference. The really good desserts are €8 each, perhaps sitting at the table with napkins and a glass of water? No, always standing and without anything to drink. At this point we decide to go, and at the checkout, the surprise: €66 for the whole thing. €20 for the three starter finger foods, including fried pizza and two glasses of wine (less than one and a half in my case), €8 for dessert, but surprisingly, a €10 surcharge for the tray with the three additional finger foods they had offered. I'm sorry, but I won't be back. €25 for a paltry aperitivo (excellent quality, but truly poor) with no choice of drinks. It seems very different from what was advertised on the poster. If extras are brought without being asked, they aren't billed to the customer. Exactly as was done and specified for dessert, it could have been done for the rest. Nothing wrong with that, but we would have decided whether or not to allow it. A word of advice: if you only have high tables, perhaps you should provide stools, because this kind of setting isn't comfortable or makes you feel welcome.

07/08/2025: Beautiful experience, young and friendly Team near by the Lake. Every friday they have apero themes, highly reccomended. You get a great value for money. 2 drinks with 4 tapas..

12/07/2025: On our return from our holiday in Trentino with the family, we decided to stop and eat pizzoccheri. After a little research, we came across this wonderful farmhouse. In its simplicity, it has everything a farmhouse should have: good food, friendliness, and nature all around. I've tried many pizzoccheri in Teglio and elsewhere, but here, well, here I ate the best pizzoccheri. The platter of cured meats and cheeses was excellent. The service was fast and the girl was very kind. They welcomed us even though it was after hours. It was half past one. Perhaps a little difficult to find from the road because it has a small sign, but believe me, it's really worth stopping and, after an excellent lunch, enjoying the quiet on the deckchairs in the shade of the trees. And then, what's incredible is the bill. I've honestly spent more in places where it wasn't worth it.

21/06/2025: We just went to this agriturismo with our dog. Starting from the welcome from the girl who was too nice, the (fixed) menu super abundant and very good and the bill really honest. It was all perfect. Excellent for quantity/quality/price. Highly recommended

27/08/2025: The food wasn't very well-crafted. The pasta with sardines was probably something he saw from afar. The whitefish fillet, while good, was sautéed without much else on the side. Overall, a good trattoria with average prices. Good wine selection.
