12/01/2026: I don't recommend the Surprise Bag from Too Good to Go. A piece of cheese focaccia (very salty) and a bit of sad cod. On Too Good to Go, they write: "Curious to know what you can find in your Surprise Bag? At O Tortâ, you can find mixed vegetable pies, focaccias, farinatas, and other deli products." And is this what they offer? In all the other bakeries and delis, I've found so many varied and delicious products, because they really try to entice you to buy these bags to reduce waste.

22/07/2025: I've tried almost all of their products, and I have to say they're excellent!! The farinata, focaccia, and savory pies are the best I've ever had, and the focaccia pizzata is undoubtedly the best in Genoa.

11/12/2025: Extremely slow and opaque service. I waited over an hour for a few slices of focaccia. I left without eating.

02/12/2025: Cute little place with self-service or takeout! I tried the cheese focaccia, the red one with olives, and the farinata. Overall, the toppings are a bit lacking in some places, and the farinata is dry, especially the cheesecake. But overall, it's good! Competitive prices, which is always a plus! Small interior and no restroom.

18/01/2026: We were there last night and today we are both very sick. The pizza was disgusting and smelled so bad that we had to leave half of it. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough and we both suffered food poisoning. Avoid.

01/02/2026: We had a pretty good time; the main courses, in our opinion, were the best. For the price, it's good, although the desserts leave something to be desired. Furthermore, we've noticed that the quality has deteriorated over time.

30/12/2025: They're very kind. The food is good, simple and well-cooked, and it's very cheap. Perfect!

18/10/2025: The cappuccino was pretty good, the frozen brioche was decent. I don't understand why the brioches aren't croissant-shaped anymore but round ones!

16/08/2025: A shameful aperitivo. The cocktails seemed to be made by a schoolboy and were a complete disaster (the Negroni was served without even a slice of orange). Not to mention the platter (€15 including a drink!): a jumble of pieces of focaccia of various flavors, half-dried, obviously leftovers from the day, covered in some rather sad cold cuts. An experience not to be repeated... Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Ambience: 1/5 I'm echoing a customer's experience and thank him for taking the words right out of my mouth. He put down on paper the same experience I had last night. The owner was rude even in the morning when we were paying, he left us waiting because a friend had called him and then left. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE.

30/12/2025: Excellent experience. The pizza was absolutely sublime, perfectly cooked with high-quality ingredients. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional, making us feel genuinely welcome. The atmosphere is warm and family-oriented, relaxed and authentic. A place where you can really enjoy good food and feel at home. Highly recommended.

09/02/2026: The menu is as good as the quality. The only shame is that the coffee machine makes it barely warm.

02/02/2026: We went for dinner on a friend's recommendation. The place was empty except for one table, but the service was incredibly slow. The waitress was friendly, but we had a long wait, even for dessert (which melted on the hot plate). Overall, the place was clean, and the pizza was okay. A Diavola, Coke, Meringue pie, and cover charge were €19.

18/01/2026: I have to say I was disappointed. I was expecting an aperitif with appetizers, but the main course had to be ordered separately... Not exactly Sicilian spirit. The main course was also quite good, but for me, an aperitif already includes appetizers.

17/01/2026: Returning after a few years, I found everything had unfortunately deteriorated. It's a shame... I hope it can return to the place it was a few years ago. This review is meant to encourage improvement.

12/12/2025: Typical city trattoria, very good food, menu like you would at home but cooked and presented well, we had a good time and were well served.

12/10/2025: A rustic and well-worn yacht club, definitely a laid-back atmosphere overlooking the beach and the sea. The focaccia was good, but the trofie with pesto was unfortunately a bit mediocre. For the main course, there was only mixed fried fish, and after seeing the first course, I didn't feel like trying it. The meringue and chocolate dessert was delicious, without pretensions. Without trying to influence anyone, I'm not sure if I'd recommend it.

07/09/2025: We stopped for lunch. It's more of a bar than a restaurant, with a decent menu but the food is mediocre. The two first courses we ordered were nothing special, just like the restaurants nearby. The young man who served us was very friendly, but finding waiters like that, after all, dispels the myth that Ligurians aren't friendly.

11/02/2026: I'd like to inform the sales assistant that a little kindness wouldn't hurt...even if it's Saturday ☺️ I certainly won't be back.

18/12/2025: For years, I had been going there regularly twice a week to get a pound of focaccia and sometimes some bread. When the clerk asked the usual question, "What should I do? Leave it?" because it weighed 136 g, I politely replied, in my opinion, that I'd get 1 pound. A small piece was taken off and reweighed. 98 g. The clerk asked me, with the usual annoyed, slightly Genoese attitude, "Is that okay now? 98 grams?" I replied, "Yes, of course." And the clerk replied, "But that's not a pound..." Lost customer.

30/01/2026: Everything was excellent: food, service, atmosphere... The place is truly charming. They welcomed us with a small plate of the chef's cheese (forgive me, I don't remember the name) and acacia honey, if I remember correctly, and dry focaccia with pesto. They brought us bread/focaccia/dry focaccia, all very good. My gnocchi were exquisite (I had my companion try them and he also liked them), as was the engineer's dish. We would have expected the Mont Blanc to be a little creamier, but it was still very good. With the coffee (which cost €3, not a dime a dozen), they brought us six pastries! The staff was very friendly, perhaps even a little too attentive. Finally, they offered us two limoncellos and let us choose where to sit: one of the three bar rooms (at least let's hope we didn't make a fool of ourselves and they were actually free; when we decided to leave, there was no one to ask if we had to pay for them, so we waited a bit and then went). We booked with the fork 🍴 🍽️, and with the €50 discount, we paid really little! If I could, I'd give it 6 stars! My only suggestion is to point out that you enter through the hotel, because the sign and menu are through a gate leading to another restaurant, or to the terrace, which obviously you can't enter from.

26/02/2026: I should start by saying that I only had a ginseng and was offered onion focaccia. I had a great time. The atmosphere is very refined, the owner is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Recommended. P.S. I reserve the right to change my rating on the food as soon as I have the chance to try something else.

01/01/2026: This was by far our favorite place in Genoa. The service was incredibly fast and the value for money was amazing: for €15 per person, we each got a cocktail, a whole pizza, fries, and lots of appetizers (see photo). The place is very nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the servers are really friendly. We highly recommend it.
