18/09/2025: I went to the bakery from the balcony. The food looked dry and had been there for a few days. But aside from that, the service was average and the atmosphere was pitiful—my basement, for that matter—dirt everywhere, the tables aren't cleaned, and the rest of the atmosphere leaves much to be desired. The worst thing was finding a dead insect on a plate. I noticed it at the end of the meal while ordering a pizza. I went to inform the staff, but when I passed the plate over to check it, they grabbed it vertically, knocking everything over, claiming there was nothing there and that I had made a mistake. Then they didn't even apologize and say, "I'll be more careful." I hope so, and I recommend this bakery. I personally don't recommend it.

25/06/2025: Typical artisan products from Genoa. Excellent customer service, and they even serve us in Spanish. A must-stop if you're visiting Genoa and want to try local products.

21/10/2025: I don't go often, but every time I go, it's a treat. The brioches are really delicious and filled with a variety of creams, like almond or hazelnut. The place is cute and the staff is very friendly. Absolutely recommended. The cakes are also very good.

12/10/2025: What thieves! €4 for a fruit juice. I ordered a Schweppes lemon, and they brought me a similar but different drink without telling me first. This one was also €4. With all the bars in the area, I'm surprised this one is still open!

So leute, die Chefin spricht chnesisch und italienisch, also wenn man eine Frage haben, müssen Sie doch Chinesisch oder italienisch sprechen können. Weil sie kann nicht Englisch so wird sie euch ignorieren. Denn sie wird Ihnen auf Chinesisch antworten mit EXTREM UNHÖFLICH HALTUNG. Were kann sich darüber ärgern, dass die Kommunikation nicht funktioniert? Auch Arbeitnehmern müssen wohl überall NEU geschult werden, nicht hier, sondern andren Laden. Sie nur LACHTEN so. Wieso? Ich kann nicht verstehen, völlig, ganz alles über diesem Laden.. Das war erste Mal, dass ich sehr sehr Unangenehmes erlebt habe, und ich möchte es NIE wieder erleben. und ich hoffe, dass NIEMAND sonst jemals wie hier erleben muss. 06/11/2025: Unfortunately, our experience here was incredibly disappointing. We had planned to dine, but the boss's extremely rude and arrogant demeanor completely soured our mood right from the start. It was so off-putting that we ultimately decided not to stay and eat. There are many other wonderful Chinese restaurants here in Genoa that offer genuinely welcoming service and a much more enjoyable dining experience. I would highly recommend exploring those alternatives for a far better meal and atmosphere.

24/11/2025: We ate there, but takeout is also available. Simple but clean place. The ingredients are really good, highly recommended!

23/11/2025: Ordered takeout with an expected arrival time of 8:00 PM, moved to 8:30 PM, and arrived at 8:45 PM. Obviously cold (the restaurant is less than a kilometer away), the delivery driver was kind. I ordered a triple meat steak with various sauces, two large packs of chips with the skin on, and a 50cl commercial beer. The sandwich contained two burgers, no habanero tobacco, and no Calabrian bomb. The lettuce was put at the bottom and consequently boiled. The chips were unpeeled and now soft. It's a shame, the bread is good. For €28+, I would have expected much different service.

01/11/2025: I had dinner there tonight! The service was extremely attentive and very good. The food – the antipasti mussels – is highly recommended. The pizza and pansotti are also delicious. The price-performance ratio is excellent! We'll definitely be back!

04/10/2025: Very tasty pizza with tuna and four cheeses. The young delivery man was extremely friendly. The delivery arrived very quickly.

09/08/2025: Very nice service, card payment option. Quite good pizza, but I wouldn't go again - the dough is very good, but the toppings on the pizza are not that great for me. Tastes are individual, however, so someone may like it.

24/06/2025: This is the third time we have been there under the new management. Both breakfast and aperitifs were very satisfying. Attentive and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lia who welcomes with a smile and prepares excellent cocktails.

18/05/2025: This is an excellent place if you just want to come to enjoy the setting. The music is very soft, and it’s a perfect place to read a book on your own if you are a solo diner. It’s mainly a Pizzeria but also serve some steak as a side option do not under any circumstance or their own Amaro.Its called Basanotto. It’s basically mix between Limoncello washing up liquid and chemical basil. Absolutely revolting.

14/04/2025: Neapolitan pizza with a high (and chewy) crust and a very thin center. Not my favorite type of pizza. Excellent ingredients. Average to high prices. Long wait times.

16/09/2025: We stumbled upon the shop spontaneously, just before official opening hours, and were greeted warmly. We ordered two pizzas to go. We were able to watch the preparation and baking. Our food arrived in just five minutes. The pizzas were very tasty. They could easily charge a few euros more for these delicious pizzas! We'd be happy to return. Note: There's not much seating.

12/09/2025: The quality of the pizza was completely disappointing. The dough was almost burnt and so dry that, when you tried to fold it, it broke and crumbled, while the toppings were sparse and poorly made. A good-quality pizza should be soft and springy, not hard as a biscuit. To make matters worse, the delivery was delayed by about half an hour, even though my home is very close by.

18/11/2025: The cheese focaccia is the only good thing. Extremely long wait times, slow service, rude staff, horrible and outdated place, high prices for what they offer. The typical place where it feels like they're doing you a favor. Wow! Go somewhere else so the owners will be happy.

14/11/2025: On the recommendation of some Recco residents, we went to this focacceria to try the authentic Fugassa di Recco. It was very good, and I could tell it was different from the cheese focaccia you find at any other bakery. Unfortunately, the others, one with onion and one plain, weren't that great. The service was a shame; there was only one woman at the counter serving a long line of people. Perhaps because of confusion, perhaps because she was tired, she couldn't understand what I was asking, even though they were simple requests (e.g., "Give me the piece of focaccia with onion," and she cut it in half to give me just one slice). The prices were also a bit high, but that's to be expected. The ambiance, on the other hand, isn't bad, very rustic, with antiques from the last century.

25/10/2025: Flavours delicious but service a little sour. No customers but they said they would need to charge extra if we ate there for our coppas. Not great business as we won’t go back.

17/10/2025: It was the perfect Nutella crepe!

08/10/2025: We had lunch as a worker, seeing as other restaurants in the area were closed for vacation. The first course was acceptable, trofie with pesto, but the breaded chicken was embarrassing: it stank, inedible, obviously spoiled. Kudos to the chef with no sense of smell... Shame. NEVER again.

08/09/2025: Excellent place, seafood dishes at reasonable prices. It's definitely not the typical "tourist-spoiling" restaurant we're used to on the Riviera. Excellent service, probably young women fresh out of hotel school, very knowledgeable and diligent. The kitchen staff is also very young but precise and knowledgeable. The place is clean and tidy.
