They're quite rich and fresh, and the moment you take a sip, you know it's genuine, natural gelato, not artificially colored. 💁‍♀️The staff, though elderly, are incredibly energetic and provide excellent service. Watching them fill the ice cream is a real treat.

I discovered Otto Kraus by chance, on a business trip to Genoa and, please, for your own good, don't miss the chance to taste and try this type of approach to burgers. Truly one of the best I've ever tasted. And don't even consider the negative comments, the helpfulness and kindness of the owner are values ​​that are hard to find nowadays, even for those who work in contact with the public.
